Blake: Maybe it's part of Cayde's holiday as a guardian.

As Cayde and Nora run down the halls he saw Ozpin and Glynda walking down the halls. Perfect.
Cayde: Hey Oz!
Ozpin: Hmm yes Mr.Arc?
Cayde: Happy Dawning! *throws snow ball* Yeet!
Glynda: Mr.Arc! *gets hit by a snowball*
Cayde: And here you go. See ya! *runs off*
Glynda: Happy Dawning?
Ozpin: Must be a holiday Mr.Arc celebrates. Ooo cookies.
It was pandemoniumat Beacon, both Cayde and Nora were spreading Dawning joy all over Beacon. Heck even some students even joy the fun. Soon at the courtyard teams RWBY and JNPR were having an epic snowball battle.
Ruby: Justice will be swift. Justice will be painful. It will be Cold!!!
WBY: Yeah!!!
Cayde: Your overconfidence is your weakness!! Blast em!!
Nora: Sir yes sir!!!
And thus their day was filled with joy and happiness all the while Cayde threw snowballs at everyone he met.
