MK's (Monster Kid's) POV:
There were voices of many different tones, talking, chirping, croaking, high pitched, low pitched, you name it! Silhouettes danced freely around the place. Some humanoid, some totally different. The place was a football field before it was covered up with various stores, carnival games, rides, confetti, colours and people. Posters were decorated with words such as '1st Anniversary of Harmonious Peace', 'MTT show held tonight at 8:20pm', 'Spider donut for 9999 gold' and much more.
I grabbed my phone with my tail and started texting using my head. Some humans walking by gave me the glare. Man I wish I had arms. I would've used a pen instead of banging my head repeatedly against the screen. Unfortunately I forgot to bring it with me.
Mk: Oi Frisk! Ya coming to the festival or what?
Frisk: 😊👍
MK: Cool! what time?
Frisk: Mum has just drove into the car park.
MK: Really!? Where should I meet you?
Frisk: You can meet me at the Laser Tag area. I'm going there first up to help Undyne, Pap and Alphys set up. I may take a while as mum is still looking for a park.
MK: I'll go there and wait for you... But can I ask you a question.
Frisk: Sure!
MK: I know your adopted by the Royal family and all, but-
Frisk: yea?
MK: Why didn't you tell me you know Undyne!? Can I meet her? 🤩
Frisk: Of course you can! If you want you can play laser tag, she'll be supervising. I'd say play as soon as possible because it'll only go for 2 hours.
MK: Why such a small time period? She's amazing! heaps of other kids would love to play tag with the Head of the Royal Guard!
Frisk: To answer your question, she's going out with someone special afterwards😏
