CHAPTER TWO

Luna Clarabelle's POV

"Alright, thank you for this day, Dwayne. Let see each other tomorrow" sabi ko bago pumasok sa pinto ng condo ko.

"Have a nice night" the last thing I heard before I closed the door.

This day is as tiring as usual, gusto ko na agad matulog.

A long sighed escaped in my mouth when I reached the living room.

Ang kalat!! I forgot to clean my mess last night. Nagkalat yung mga basura sa sofa like soda can, food wrappers, food boxes and such.

Hindi naman ako makalat at tamad na tao kaso dahil sa schedules ko, minsan nakakalimotan ko ng mag linis.

Bakit kasi ganitong career ang pinili ng Luna nato, it's so exhausting!! I seriously need a break!! Luckily, I'm free for the next week thanks to Dwayne.

Kahit pagod ay pinilit kung ligpitin ang mga kalat. Actually pwede naman akong tumawag ng house keeper kaso hindi ko naman gusto pang mang-abala, I know it's thier job so somehow I know it won't be a hindrance but I just don't want to become too dependent.

Kung kaya ko naman bakit ko pa ipagagawa sa iba.

Pagkatapos kung magligpit I decided to drink water tapos pagbalik ko sa sala narinig ko yung cellphone kong tumutunog.

Kinuha ko yon at tiningnan ang caller, my mood instantly worsen  pagkabasa ko palang sa pangalan.

I'm pretty sure tungkol na naman to sa thanks giving party na gaganapin next thursday kaya to tumawag.

Sinagot ko parin yung tawag kasi wala naman akong choice.

"Hello?" Bungad ko.

"What took you too long to answer the call?" He answered.

"Because I'm a busy person?" I sarcastically responded. Narinig kong bumuntong hininga ang nasa kabilang linya.

"They want you-"

"To attend the thanks giving party" hindi ko na siya pinatapos kasi alam ko naman ang sasabihin niya.

"You already said that multiple times, and I will also tell you the same answer multiple times. It's a big NO!" I added.

"Luna!! Quit being hard headed and just do what they say!" Nilayo ko sa tenga ko ang cellphone dahil masakit masyado sa tenga ang sigaw niya.

"Ano ba kasing rason kung bakit kailangan pang umuwi ako diyan?" Nagtitimping saad ko.

Bakit ba kasi nila ako pinilit?! I don't want to attend the event because I know what will happen in there and plus it's not yet time na sumulpot ako sa story.

"You want to know the answer? Then go home!" He said then ended the call.

Hindi ko alam kung tinawagan din ba ang totoong luna na pauwiin siya tapos tumangi lang talaga siya, but I will stick to my plan. I'm not going to attend the event nor I don't plan to go home yet.

The thanks giving party is one of the big happenings in the story, the event will not be successful kasi may mangyayaring pang bo-bomba tapos madadamay sa gulo ang older brother ng female lead.

Vivian's older brother will be in comma and because of that, the female lead will seek information about what happened that will led her to meet the other male leads.

And yes, matagal ng nagsimula ang istorya. And as for me? Medyo matagal-tagal pa bago ako sumulpot kaya for now, I need to treasure my remaining peaceful days.
