I need to write a poem
That'll hit the heart of someone
I need to write a poem that'll pulled up memories
And nostalgia drowning those in it
I want to write a poem to look back on it
With a bubbly laugh and say "I remembered this".

I want to look at those words I've gather together
Like strangers all meting for the first time
Then realizing there was someone that connected
To them like star consolations after a minute
Conversation that felt like they knew the person than anyone else in the room, better
When it was just a pinch of sugar a pinch of salt
That your mother told you to sprinkle in the batter
I want to write a poem for those who feels suffocated, a poem of fresh crisp air cold
Maybe even to cold for your tropical use to weather,
I want to write a poem where legends of poetry take
a peak of my paper my phone, and say "not so bad".
If lucky a "That's good".
I need to write a poem that'll have the reader
reading every word taking it all in like a sip
Of tea a coffee a warm drink,
Holding it dear to their heart when it feels as
If everything has lost its grip,
I want to write a poem where silence is beautiful
And not seen as broken,
Where the end lives on
I need to write a poem that'll blanket those soul
Like a little warm baby
And shine like summer sunshine on a tomorrow,
