carter's pov

"Shitty motherfucker," I growled, cracking my knuckles, "fucking asshole, cunt."

I was racking my brain for every single curse word I could think of as I whipped my head from the ground to the door and then started pacing.

"What kind of low motherfucker does that shit?" I growled, squeezing the door frame. "What the fuck is wrong with people?"

The door opened and I gave myself whiplash from looking up so fast, I winced and grabbed my neck.

"Carter, I can-"

"Explain?" I snap cutting him off, "hell motherfucking yes I want a fucking explanation. I would love to hear this."

He sighed and shook his head, "it's not even with who you think."

"Really?" I snapped, pushing him backwards a bit, "because it looks like you're making out with Jacob Whitesides, Matt."

"Okay," Matt was terrified, I could tell, "so maybe it is what it looks like."

"What the fuck, Matt? You go with whatever Jacob is? Jacob is a shitty person," I snapped, backing off and clenching my fists, "I'm going to beat the shit out of him."

"Please don't," Matt made a mad dash for my clenched fists, "please. He's nice and I like him."

"How fucking cute," I scoffed, "I honestly can't believe you, Matt."

"Why can't you?" Matt finally broke and snapped like a twig, "why is it my fault when I look for the love I deserve and I found it. And who gives a shit that I found it in Jacob?"

"He's going to break your heart," I bit my lip and tried to let my anger boil down.

"You don't know shit about him," Matt growled, one hand on the door, "so why don't you do us all a damn favor and keep your mouth shut instead of talking shit all the time because I fucking deserve this happiness."

"I didn't say you didn't deserve happiness," I mumbled, "Jacob isn't the happiness you need."

"I can't believe you're judging me on who I choose to like," he snorted, "unbelievable."

"I'm not judging."

"You're judging Jacob and you met him, what, once?" Matt fought back.

"Yeah and he was a complete douchebag."

"That's the biggest lie I have ever fucking heard," Matt snorted, "Jacob was kind to everyone and everything."

"You're so unbelievable," I tried to make a comeback to throw in Matt's face but I realized that he was right. Jacob was nice when he met me and the boys. "I can't believe you would want to date a boy who talked shit about Taylor and I."

"He never talked shit," Matt's eyes flashed with anger, "you are seriously so fucking jealous."

"Jealous of what?" I snapped, "someone who is an inconsiderate prick? No, I think I'm good."

"You sure talk a lot of shit but you won't do anything when you see him," Matt leaned against the door.

"True because he's not coming in here," I snapped finally returning to my bed and flopping down on it.

"Well, sorry to burst your bubble but I must go," Matt opened the door, "I have to go make out with a very special someone."

I heard the door close and finally after ten minutes of silence I muttered, "shit", under my breath.
