Along a quiet and eerie empty hallway, a staggering brunette man wearing gold-rimmed glasses was leaning on the white walls of the hospital. This man is other than the Protagonist Shou of the world, An Yuan. A genius professor who had lost his sight upon his entrance into the Abyssal World.

At this moment he is trying to adjust to his sudden blindness and fell multiple times on the cold floor of the asylum as he woke up in darkness.

An Yuan could feel pain on his knees. Touching it once and placing his hand too near he would be able to check whether there is a scent of blood thankfully there is.

"It might be bruised instead. Sigh~ where I am? Aren't we supposed to be on the way to the competition and then... Argh~" his head felt a throbbing pain as the memories of his last moment before he died all surged in his brain. It took a while before he calmed down. This is an infinite world of horrors. As long as the Player had reached the leaderboard Top 100 you would be able to buy your time. Gold coins awarded in each movie can be used to buy your time. This bought time would allow you to not only return to your real world you would also be able to continue buying your time to extend your life endlessly.

In short, players can become immortals as long as you have the gold coin currency in Abyssal World. In our world, anything can be exchanged with gold coins. You can buy life, a talent, extend your time which is your lifespan, senses like sight, etc. Everything in Abyssal World had a price as long as the player could afford it then... You can get anything you wish for.]

An Yuan slowly calms down. He felt the cooled wall with his palm and leaned his back on it. Since he could not see he chose to just close his eyes which is dull in reality. He slowly digested the information the robotic voice had just told him.

"Death. Abyssal world. Gold Coins. Movies. Anything can be exchanged with Gold coins."

This blind man started mumbling incomplete sentences and a few words in between his breathing. His fast heartbeat slowly gets control as his mind starts processing his current situation.

An Yuan asked an important question, "Who are you to me?"

A small black ball with a devil's wing, horn, and tail was hovering around Professor An Yuan's head. The little creature looks like a toy, so cute and squishy. Sadly his own player is blind and couldn't admire his cuteness.
