Soaring through the air, I make my way up into the clouds to go and watch the sunset before the sun disappears. It truly is a beautiful sight to see.

It calms me of all the frustrations, anger and sadness that I'm feeling because of everything that has happened in the past 24 hours. I close my eyes and let my tense muscles relax with each beat of my wings. Finally calm, I open my eyes and for the first time I feel free, exhilarated and actually have hope for the future. I am finally getting what I wanted. An adventure. But that adventure cost my mom her life. I know she would have wanted me to live my life at its fullest, but without her I don't know what to do.
Finally I know what I am going to do and I'm going to follow my mother's wishes. Live life to the fullest. The Avengers are going to need all the help they can get. So I'll need to start planning for everything. That means I'll have to train with everything I got to be prepared for the crazy shit that is about to go down. With my plan roughly in my head I head back to Stark tower.
I land on the balcony with a stumble and almost fell face first on the floor but someone caught me before that happened. Looking up at the person who caught me, I see that it was Thor. "Thanks, for catching me Thor," I said and gave him a pat on the arm. "It's a pleasure m'lady," he replied enthusiastically. I only laughed at him and entered the building. Upon entering the lounge I see that most of the team are just chilling on the couches. "Well, isn't this fun?" I asked. Everyone's heads snapped in my direction with wide eyes. "Yeah, hi. I'm back. Just like I told you I would be.". I looked straight at Tony before I spoke again. " Can i ask what year it is, before anyone starts to throw questions at me, please?"
They all looked at me like I lost my mind but little did they know that I am not from this universe. "Uh... it's 2012. Why?" Tony said. "Ok, and one last question for Thor." I said and looked at Thor. "Has he been here yet?" I asked. Thor looked at me confusingly. "I do not know who you speak of m'lady" he said. "So your brother hasn't visited yet has he?" I asked. His eyes grew as big as golf balls. "I'll take that as a yes."
"M'lady, what do you speak of? He is dead. He died on Asgard falling from the Bifrost." Thor said looking at me all confused. I just shook my head and looked at Natasha and Clint. "You two need to get Fury down here immediately and tell him that there is a big threat on its way here." I told them. They looked at me with a 'what the fuck' look, then they looked at each other and communicated silently. "Look, if you don't do this the there is going to be a world wide threat coming your way. If he asks how you know this just tell him the new girl says that he must give goosy a big kiss for me and that I will tell you all his secrets. That should get him here within 10 to 20 minutes." I said with a mischievous grin.
Tony looked at me like I had gone wonkers. His face broke into a wide grin and he came to stand next to me. "I think I like you already squirt. So while the assassins go and do that, Bruce and I would like to run some tests on you and ask you a few questions, if that is alright with you?" He asked. I looked to the assassins and nodded my head. "Sure thing, Anthony," i said with a smirk of my own when I saw his reaction. "I'd bet you twenty bucks that Fury will arrive in less than ten minutes" I said to Tony. He looked at me thinking about the bet then said, " Deal" then shook my hand an led me down to the lab and I sit on one of the chairs while they take some blood and run some tests.
"So how did you do that thing earlier today on the balcony?" Tony asked. "If you mean the wings, why don't you just ask? And I don't know how I do it I just do." "Of course I mean with the wings. How long have you been able to do that?" He asks. "I've always been able to do that. I don't know why or how but my brother told me to never let anyone know about what I can do, because they would only want to use me for their own gain." "So why are you telling us and why are you trusting us with this information about you?" Bruce asks. " I trust you guys that's why I'm telling you this. I'll even show you what I can do, if you'd like?" I asked. They looked at me then to each other and nodded. "It would mean that we know what we are dealing with, and we could also help you improve if you'd like?" Tony said. I merely nodded at them before the doors to the lab burst open to reveal an angry looking Fury marching up to me. I smirked and looked to Tony. "It's been less than ten minutes Ironass, pay up." I said and held my hand out to him. He looked totally shocked and gave me the twenty bucks while I grinned and Bruce only chuckled under his breath. I looked Fury in the eyes and smirked.
