Rose POV

"Alright... I think we really have everything now." I said as I checked off the last names on the list.

Roman and I had spent the last few hours wrapping and sorting all the gifts for Christmas. And there were quite a lot of gifts. For the kids, of course, and other family members and friends. It was almost overwhelming, but I think we had a good system.

"Thank God! I can't see any more wrapping paper, tape and ribbons for now. Want something to eat, baby?" replied Ro as he put the presents in the big bags so we could take them with us when we visited family.

"Nah, I'm good. I have one more task for you. I'd do it myself, but I can't get to it." said I, pointing to my belly.

"What is it?" he asked, coming over to me.

"I would like you to paint my bump. Don't worry, I got stencils. All you have to do is write the name of our princess. The rest you can do with them. I thought it would be nice to take some photos, well special photos. Since I won't be running around like this for much longer," I explained to him.

"That's a nice idea and I promise I'll do my best. But I can't promise you it will look good." He replied with a laugh.

"You can do it, Ro! And besides, it's a nice memory. That's all that matters in the end." I said and took his hand and put it on the spot on my bump where our daughter's hand was clearly showing.

It was starting to get pretty damn crowded in there. And since it was already the 23rd of December, it could start at any time. I had to admit that I was a little nervous, because the Braxton Hicks contractions had already been pretty rough.

"Let's do some art then," Ro said, standing up and holding his hands out to me so he could help me stand. That alone was a task these days.

"Baby girl... stop filming me. It only makes me more nervous." said Roman as he painted the final touches on my skin.

"You're doing a great job. Even if I can't see very much from here." I giggled.

"And.... done!" he said a few minutes later.

I turned around and looked in the mirror. Immediately I had to smile broadly. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. All the little stars and the moon and the glitter that surrounded Princess Reigns' name. I sniffled softly.

"What's wrong? I really did my best. I'm sorry if you don't like it." my husband said immediately because he really thought I would dislike it.

"No, Ro! It's perfect! I love it and I love you for making it!" I explained to him.

"Oh phew! Thanks. I love it too. Let's take some pictures of my masterpiece." he replied in relief.

And that was exactly what we did. Roman took pictures of me and then we took pictures of both of us in the mirror. I could see how damn proud he was.

"How's your back?" he wanted to know when he finished and stood behind me. His hands applied light pressure to my lower back. In just the right place. I sighed in relief.

"That feels good. Our little one is getting heavy. Can you do that again from last night?" I wanted to know.

With a deep chuckle, he slid his warm hands from my back to my bump. Then he gently lifted my baby bump up, taking a whole lot of pressure off me. I leaned against him as he held up the weight of our daughter to give me relief for a short time.

Roman pressed a kiss on my hair as we stayed like that for a while. It was nice to spend time together just the two of us.

"How about we get you cleaned up and then we snuggle on the couch?" he then whispered in my ear.

"Umm... that sounds like a great idea... but I'm afraid your daughter has other plans for our evening." I replied as I was amazed to notice liquid running down my legs.

Little Miss Reigns was obviously ready to meet her family and give them all a special gift. First and foremost us, her parents.
