During the past two years, the damage The Triarchy had inflicted upon the Stepstones was unforgettable. As much as the King wanted to deny the growing tension between Westeros and The Free Cities, tales of The Crabfeeder and his immoral way of serving death to his enemies were spread all around the realm. But with the help of House Velaryon and Daemon Targaryen with his dragon, the stoney beach shores were burnt to a crisp along with all the corpses and crabs that resided there.

While the brave men were busy fighting off the incursion at the Stepstones, King Viserys held a large hunting ceremony dedicated to his son's second name day. Within the two years, King Viserys had married Lady Alicent Hightower and brought forth a son named Aegon Targaryen, named after the Conqueror, and had already put a second child in the fertile, young woman's belly.

A feast took place in the Red Keep for young Aegon, many noble families had traveled from long distances just to celebrate the young prince, and while they dined, feasted, and pressed the King with political matters, Rhaella sought out comfort and found her sister underneath the weirwood tree in the Godswood.

" I've been looking all over you," Rhaenyra sat below the tree, pillows and fabrics of velvet underneath her as she read a book and listened to the song the bard had been playing over and over again. The young man stopped playing his song when he noticed Rhaella and stood to greet the princess.

" Play it again," Rhaenyra ordered from the young man, ignoring her sister's presence. " Perhaps the Princess might like to hear something else?"

" She would not," she barked, " Play it again." The Bard did as commanded and began playing his song over again.

" Rhaenyra, you can't just sulk here forever," Rhaenyra looked beneath her lashes and stared up at her twin. Over the two years, the twins have matured. Rhaella was much more petite and taller than her twin, which had been the opposite for years until now. Rhaella's breast swollen and grew ample over the time, and she also flowered. So, when Rhaenyra glanced at her sister, she felt as if she was staring back at a woman full grown instead of the girl she grew up with.

" I might as well, no one even noticed I was gone," Rhaella pushed a brown pillow against the bark of the tree and sat down beside her sister, resting her head upon her shoulder and peeking into the book she was reading. " I noticed you were gone."

" Of course you would, since you're the only one who truly cares."

" Rhaenyra," the redhead whined and moved her head off her sister's shoulder as she faced her, " I understand your hatred for fulfilling duties more than anyone else possibly could, trust me, but we have appearances to keep up with, reputations to maintain. We can't do that while listening to a Bard and hiding away in the Godswood."
