//Lynn's POV//

"I'm so glad you came" I told Alexa and the guys. They had stopped by for a three day visit. "Hey schools off for four days so we had time" Alex said and sat on the table. We were all at the skatepark on a Thursday afternoon. "So what's new?" Brian asked. "tell them about the guy" Alexa exclaimed. "okay well there's this guy and he's a baseball player and he's cute and well yesterday he kissed my cheek after a party" I explained. "Beware beware of the players" Kai said and Jayden nodded. "He doesn't seem like a player" I said. "neither did Mika, Mitchell and I and look at the fun we had" Alex said "that's nothing to be proud of" I said. "I never said I was, I'm just saying beware" Alex said. "Speak of the devil" I said as I saw Luis, Wesley, Marco, Austin and Valentino arrive at the skatepark.

"Which one is he?" Brian asked. "The one with the black hair cut short, he's wearing the black Nike shirt" I whispered. "player" Brian and Alex said. "what?" Alexa asked. "his whole crew too" Alex said. "Yup" Brian said. "oh whatever" I said," Alexa come with me to the bathroom" I said and we walked towards the bathrooms.

"So what did Luis kiss her?" I heard Austin asked someone. "yeah, this is going faster than expected" Wesley said. "hey di-" Alexa said but I placed my hand on her mouth and pulled her behind the bushes. "you guys will get your spot in no time" Austin said. "you know girls, you just show them a little affection and the next day they're falling in love, they're all cut from the same cloth just ask Marco and Kaycee" Wesley said and laughed. "asshole" I mouthed.

"What was that all about?" Alexa asked after they left. "turns out he was only. talking to me so he could get his spot back on the team" I stated," well two can play at that game" I said and walked back towards the guys.

"What's wrong?" Alex asked once we walked back. "remember the guy I was telling you about" I started out and they nodded. "well turns out he was just using me to get back into the team" I said. "what a douche" Brian said and Alex nodded. "what are you gonna do?" Alexa asked. "Two can play at that game" I said and picked up my phone and started searching up venues.

"guys if we can get a gig by tonight that'd be great" I said and continued searching. "dude you want us to preform?" Brian asked. "yeah" I said. "we didn't bring our instruments" Alex stated. "I know" I said. "how do you want us to play?" Alexa asked. "I know of someone who can let us borrows their instruments, c'mon" I said and got up.

"Hey could we borrow your brother's instruments?" I asked Max. "come on in" he said and led us into the basement," he's kind busy right now" max said. "Jackson!" I heard a female voice shout.

A couple minutes later a tall girl with dark red hair pulled into a messy ponytail walked out. She was wearing a black Metallica t-shirt with a pair of black shorts and she had a baby in her arms. The baby was around nine months old. "he has a baby" max said. "what?" a tall guy with black hair spiked up and a bit of stubble. "Could they borrow your instruments?" max asked. "sure" Jackson said as the girl placed the baby in his hands. "thanks" I said and we started to place everything in the cases.

"When we have a gig I'll let you know" I said before we walked out.

We were at the third venue where we had asked. The other two had turned us down because we weren't "what they were looking got" but I knew it was because we were a female fronted band.

"Hi" I said to a tall women with pitch black hair. She had a tattoo sleeve on her right arm. "Hi what can I help you with?" she asked. "I saw the sign that you are hiring people to play live music" I said. "yes, do you play?" she asked. "we're a band" I said. "okay, come backstage so I can see you play" she said and we followed. "what song?" Alexa whispered. "White noise" I whispered and the guys nodded.
