Dawnpool walked towards Rivertree and sat down next to her. "Crabkit, your ready to become an apprentice just like your littermates. You'll be known as Crabpaw, until you recive your warrior name. Waterflight will be your mentor," Featherstar announced. "And last but not least, Cricketkit. From this day on, until you recive your warrior name, you'll be known as Cricketpaw. Tigersight you're ready to train an apprentice, you will be his mentor." Dawnpool looked at his sister with a shocked expression. 'Tigersight? She's not ready for an apprentice, I know for sure she's still meeting that Thunderclan cat!' he thought. 'What if she's going to take her apprentice with her?' "And now the cats I want to take to with me to the great gathering," Featherstar continued. "Jumpfish, Rivertr-" The leader stopped and threw a quick glance at the former medicine cat. Rivertree sighed. "I mean Dawnpool," Featherstar said. "Crabpaw, Waterflight, Cricketpaw, Tigersight, Blackpaw, Blueflower, Lionspot, Seastream, Cottonpaw, Coconutpaw, Icepelt and Nightlight."
Darkbreeze was sharing tongues with her brother Lionpool, at the island. "I want to start the gathering!" The Windclan leader yelled. "Windclan is doing great," he said. "We have a lot of prey, mostly rabbits. We've fighted a fox and he ran to the Shadowclan border, just so you know." Breezestar looked at Smokestar. "Well, I guess he isn't going to be a problem for us, since you're clan fought him. Right Breezestar? He should be heavily injured now," Smokestar said. He had a sarcastic, but mad expression on his face. Breezestar ignored him, so Smokestar stepped forward. "Shadowclan is doing fine as well, we have a tons of prey. I don't have anything else to add I suppose," the Shadowclan leader said. He politely nodded to Fairystar, who stepped forward. "Thunderclan doing great too," she said. "We have a few new apprentices Crystalpaw, Dapplepaw and Ivypaw. Jumptail's paw hasn't healed fully, our medicine cat told her that it might never. Since she won't be able to become a warrior, she has chosen to become a medicine cat apprentice instead." Fairystar nodded to Featherstar, who walked forward. "Our former medicine cat, Rivertree, is expecting kits. Dawnpool has gotten his full name and is our new medicine cat," Featherstar said. "We've also just gotten a few new apprentices. Crabpaw, Cricketpaw, Blackpaw, Cottonpaw and Coconutpaw." Featherstar threw a glance at Smokestar, who didn't notice. "She said my name!" a cat said proudly. Darkbreeze tried to see who it was. When she did, she stopped everything she was doing in complete shock. 'No, It can't be true!' she thought. She would never be able to forget what her kits looked like. 'Those are my kits! It's impossible that they've survived, they're dangerous!' she thought. She saw Snakewhisker staring at her, who's facial expressions confirmed Darkbreeze's thoughts.
Cricketpaw felt the eyes of another cat burning on his pelt. He slowly turned around and saw a gray she-cat staring straight at him. Cricketpaw had the feeling he was supposed to know the cat, but he didn't know why. It suddenly hit him. 'Blackpaw!' Cricketpaw thought. This cat looked exactly like his littermate. Cricketpaw was confused. 'Why does she look like him? And why is she looking at me like that? It makes me uncomfortable.' Cricketpaw slowly turned away and went back to his littermate Coconutpaw. "What's up?" Coconutpaw asked. "That cat over there, she's staring at me. In a weird way," Cricketpaw mumbled. "It's making me uncomfortable." Coconutpaw looked over to the gray she-cat. "You're right," she said. "She reminds me a little bit of Blackpaw. Don't you think?" Cricketpaw nodded. "I want to go back to camp. She's scaring me," he muttered. "We are almost going back," Coconutpaw said. "I think." "Be quiet you two!" an elder cat yelled at them. "Sorry," Coconutpaw mumbled.
