Small A/N, since I am not American and I don't know how that school system works, I will go with the system that my school runs, because in Europe there are different grading systems across some countries, so I will be going with number out of number (9/20, 10/10, 5/5) to  prevent confusion. Where I come from 5th grade secondary is equivalent to Grade 11 for the US and year 12 for the UK. Sorry if you don't like this system, but I just don't understand how the American system works.

Your name is Y/N, and you are a human. you are about 16-17 years old and you are in 5th grade secondary, You just moved to Mountmend, because your parents had to move due to work. You hated the idea of moving to another school, because you had to leave your friends behind. You explained to them and said goodbye, they were sad that you had to leave but they understood. You have trouble socialising with new people, since you don't like to go out drinking, and that's basically what everyone's doing. You are an only child, your father works at electric company that deals with maintenance of the city, and your mother is a cook and got a really good deal for a job in Mountmend. You actually don't despise going to school, but now since you don't know anyone anymore, you just want to stay home. That however is not possible for you sadly.

You are a bit on the chubby side with h/c hair, e/c eyes with f/c glasses. You didn't have a lot of friends in your old school, but that didn't bother you, you were fine with 4-5 friends, who you can actually call friends. You had a few online friends that you like hanging out with but other than that you were pretty much always alone. You didn't long for a relationship yet because first you are just too shy to ask someone out and second, you know that a relationship that is established in school doesn't hold on for very long. Every person you know who's been in a relationship during their school days have either just broken up, or cheated on each other, then blame the other for cheating, even though they both cheated. So you wanted to wait to shoot your shot.

The other problem was your sexuality, even though gay people are more and more accepted, it's still awkward to ask someone out that isn't actually attracted to the same sex. At least that is what you keep telling yourself.

In a few days you're going to have your first day at school and you are dreading for that day, you have told your friends that you really don't wanna go, but they still encouraged you to at least try and find some new friends at school. Many of your online friends were actually older than you, but they don't care since you are very easy-going.

Your favourite activities are playing with your friends online, just talking with them, drawing, even if you aren't the best at it, you still try to improve yourself, listening to music and just hanging out with your friends in real life, which is difficult to do now.
