It's 12:21 when I started writing this
I read the book after watching the movie and idk anymore

(Is now currently 10:07 pm)

The first time I ever watched the movie, I fell in love
Not just with the characters but their emotions and how they were so raw and felt

Years ago I fell in love with the philosophy of that movie and today I have truly seen what it is

This is a story for the broken kids who don't have any more hope and keep fighting for their loved ones
Fighting a disease, depression, whatever

This is for the kids who never believed in true love, but then got it
It was lost in the depths of the world and u can't get it back now

A piece of u was lost but then that 1 special person u needed in ur life brought it back
When that person left, so did that piece of u

This story is the comfort and love of my life
John is my Peter van Houten and my best friend gio is the Augustus of my life

He brought back a piece of me I lost long ago and now he's leaving again

Hazel is right because this is truly the great and terrible 10
The one I never thought I would have to use until he came into my life

I've known him for 6 years now, since 2nd grade
We met at 7 years old and look at us now
He's leaving his home at 12 and I'm staying at 13

The girl rly did know what she was talking abt
Hazel knew exactly how it was gonna go but she thought it was gonna be the other way around

I once thought the same, and distanced myself from everything I loved
Then this was brought into my life and I couldn't have loved it more

It sucks to be apart but we'll live

Everyone meets again someday, and as Agustus said "if only"
Because if only we had more time, it would be ok
