Chapter 9: The Levy Plan

4 MONTH LATER (December 18)

Levy P.O.V

While sitting in history, I sat with my text book standing on top of my desk. I looked above it to look over at Natsu and Lucy.

Tch! No contact yet. No special action so far. Yet...

I was starting to get frustrated with Natsu.

It's kind of obvious he likes Lucy, well in my Levy intuitions. But then again, he still has that "crush" on Lisanna...

My eye started to twitch in frustration.

Grab her hand or something! Do something Natsu! Lucy! I don't care who!

I started to tap my desk with the text book in inpatients.

I need to push them to a new level.

Then the teacher called me, "Ms. MacGarden! Read me the next page."

I looked at my neighbor's text book and they were on a different page. "Levy, we're waiting." I sweat dropped and scratched my head. "Uh...I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention..."

"I see. Next time, pay attention."

My face turned red with embarrassment. Then I hid behind my book.

I need to think of a plan and fast! I need to read a book!

I went into my book bag and found that book.

Heh heh heh. I know what I'll do. Let me just finish reading...

I then made sure to hide completely to finish reading the book.

Lucy P.O.V

Before the bell rang, the teacher stopped the lesson early to speak with us. She stood in front of the class and said, "As you all know, tomorrow there is no school." The class cheered with excitement.

"Yeah yeah I know. We all want a break. Anyway, I'm here to say, I will not be your teacher anymore."

The class started to whisper in confusion. "I got a better job somewhere else. My pay is better and I have kids that pay attention; Instead of spiting spit balls at each other. *Cough* Jet. *Cough* Droy. So you won't be seeing me when you come back from the break."

Then the bell rang.

"Kay, get out. Class dismissed! Have a nice winter break!"

I grabbed my bag and turned to the door.

"Where are you going in such a hurry?" Natsu asked.

I felt my checks turn red. I still can't look at him since the haunted house.

Stop acting stupid Lucy! That event happened over a month ago!

Then he sighed. "How many times do I have to say I'm sorry. That was months ago."

"2 MONTHS!"

"Lucy!"

"You should have never done it!"

Then I felt a hand on my shoulder. I flinched.

"Lucy, give me your number." I turned around and saw Levy. She passed me her phone and I put it in. Then she passed me another phone.

"You have two?"

She shook her head and said, "That's his." I looked over to see Natsu searching his pockets.
