At the age of five Audri Cooper moved. She was never the skinniest person; her mother always felt that she had to keep feeding her. They both never thought anything of it. Audri just ate what was put on her plate without a second thought. The next year, Audri started first grade.
She meets some new people, and she got some nicknames. She hated them; the nicknames and the people. The teacher didn’t do anything to stop it and it continued. The bullying continued until she was in 8th grade. That’s when she took a stand. She stood up for herself. Even though the bullying stopped a bit, everyone still picked on Audri.
She was called ‘fat’, ‘fat-girl’, ‘fatty’, ‘ugly’ and so many other horrid names every single day. She didn’t have a single friend until 9th grade when she meets Lily McDonnavan. She was going through something like Audri was. The difference is that Lily was picked on because she was beautiful; she decided she didn’t want to be a part of the group that ruined Audri.
Now, she gets picked on every day with Audri.
When Audri went into 8th grade she decided that she wanted to lose weight. She really just wanted everyone to stop picking on her. She wanted to be normal. She wanted to be pretty. And so she did the only thing she could think of; she starved herself.
Every day before school she took her toast to go, only to throw it out in a different barrel every day on her walk to school. She didn’t get lunches, people took her money anyway. She’d get home and push her food around on her plate and wait until her mother was looking away to give it to her dog. Every once in a while she wouldn’t be able to do this and she’d eat, but she hated it and she’d throw up almost immediately after in her bathroom.
She thought that the only way to be pretty was to be stick thin. She lost all her fat and still didn’t know why she was being called fat, ugly and stupid. She figured it was because she didn’t lose enough weight. She continued to starve herself.
When she was in 10th grade she didn’t eat for a week and a half straight and passed out at home and went to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with anorexia. Lily helped her through everything; she still tried to starve herself. She still felt fat. She felt ugly.
She hated to look at herself in the mirror. She hated to see her face, she just saw the chubby girl from years back. She saw the girl who gets picked on every day at school. She saw what they saw; she didn’t look past her cover.
Until she meets Niall James Horan, all Audri Cooper wants to do is die. To get out of this game she’s stuck playing every day and finally be at rest. And she almost gets her way.

This book is not a part of the series with Strong words. This is a completely different story, and I have already finished it on my Tumblr. I hope you guys like it, because this story means a lot to me.
Enjoy:)

This book is rated PG-13 for a reason, some chapters get really deep and there are some suicidal thoughts, so if you won't be able to handle that either do not read the book or those parts.
Please do not steal this story, idea or any of my characters. I do not own One Direction, and I do not claim to. I have all rights to my story. Thanks for reading! :)
