Time stood still as the Soul Watchers launched their attacks, everything frozen in an ethereal state, unable to move, unable to harm. The Void Elements all mixing together to create one pure concentrated pulse of Darkness. Ash looked around as everything ceased around him, he met Tsubaki's eyes and saw a mixture of fear and confidence. They were out-numbered, but that didn't stop Ash from thinking they had a chance. With Anarchy crashing through the roof above, Tsubaki and Ash being able to form Love, Muse ahead of them, and the Sergals about to join in the fight, there was no way they could have lost. So why then was the world frozen?
"Is this your doing, Brill?" Ash asked the Cheshire that stood beside him.
"No, but I have a feeling I know who it is."
"Brilliband," a voice echoed through the cavern. Something green and white appeared in front of them, running over to Brilliband and hugging her.
"It's good to see you, Woxie," Brill said, surprise in her voice.
"Woxie?" Ash asked. "You're the Time Elemental, aren't you?"
"That's right, and I don't have much time to talk. Well... technically I do, but y'know. We need to get you all out of here. Portal us out, Brill."
"But why? We're so close to ending this?" Tsubaki added.
"Are you?" Woxie asked back, turning to the Wolf. "Look around, these Soul Watchers can and will kill you all. And there's something else here, I can't put my paw on it, but... I'm sure you've sensed it too, Brill." The Cheshire nodded. "There's too much Power here, otherworldly Power that Ruin will pick up on and investigate. Just Brilliband and Puck here is enough to alert him, he'll be on his way," Woxie explained.
"Puck?" Tsubaki tilted his head.
"That would be me," an unknown figure seemed to appear out of Anarchy's head, an orange and red winged fox with a golden crown floating above its head. "I'm another Sovereign."
"Yeah and two of us, let alone three, is big trouble. We need to move, now," Woxie ushered to a Portal that Brilliband had opened up.
"Whoa, dude, is that the Woxie?" a voice said from behind them. The five of them turned to see Muse facing them, completely unhindered by the Time field Woxie had placed them in. "It's about time we came face to face."
"Who are you? And how did you make it past my Suspension Field?"
"That's Muse," Ash replied. "He's an Air Elemental, on our side."
"Oh? Am I?" Muse tilted his head. "Last I checked I never actually used my Powers in front of you."
"Wait... you... lied to us?" Tsubaki asked.
"Oh yeah dude, I've been playing y'all like a fiddle."
"So then, what are you?" Woxie asked.
"He's just like you, Wox. A Time Elemental," Puck spoke up, standing on his side with his arms crossed. "And he isn't the only one."
Tsubaki, Ash, and Brilliband all gasped, and Woxie winced while Muse began to laugh.
"That's right," Muse answered, mid laugh. The large white fluffy dog that Anarchy and Puck had met before appeared beside him, as well as the red Wagon that Ash and Muse had fought. "Kosmos created three Sovereigns to watch over some of the more... taxing Elements which he dealt with more important matters. Well... Ruin did the same." Muse smirked as the others all stood in shock. "You've already met the Void Emissaries, three Uber Powerful Elementals that embody the Dark World and its Powers. But Lord Ruin also created three Void Sovereigns, one for Time, that's me. Space, Lenz. And Mind, Gabe. But dudes, Woxie, you're absolutely correct. Three Sovereigns have a veritable ocean of Power between them, but when there's six Sovereigns, and two Totems. Well, let's just say, that's more than enough Light Energy to open up The Breach! My Lord! Ruin! Come to me!"
