"Family meeting" Shawn shouted. Shawn and Elle were sitting in the living room at Elle's house waiting for Hope and Will.
"Don't tell me you got back together" Will asked walking in the living room with Hope behind.
"No" Elle said
"Take a seat" Shawn said
"You guys are scaring me" Hope said sitting down.
"I'm at a bad place right now, if you'd want to live at your dads more you are aloud to" Elle said "I mean you always are aloud to"
"Sorry dad but I'm staying with mom" Hope said
"Me too, let's keep the same agreement" Will said
"Alright" Shawn said
"Let's get ice cream to lighten the mood" Elle said
"Agree" Shawn said
"I'm picking the music" Will said as they left the house to the car.
"As long as we play Taylor Swift I'll be ok" Shawn laughed getting in the car.
"Always dad" Will laughed
"Start with Maroon" Elle said
"After Dancing With Our Hands Tied" Will said
"You should play Midnight Rain" Hope said
"We will play all three" Shawn laughed 

Sally's Ice Cream Shop
Max was with Billy getting some ice cream after a long day
"Thanks for the ice cream dad" Billy said
"You're welcome" Max said
"We should bring by new flowers to dad and Susan's grave tomorrow" Billy said
"Yes, we can pick them up" Max said

"Max" a guy questioned standing near the order counter.
"Zain, hi" Max said
"How have you been" Zain asked
"I've been good" Max lied. He was miserable.
"Me too" Zain said
"This is my son Billy" Max said introducing Billy.
"Hi" Zain said
"Hi" Billy said
"We should sit down" Max said
They all sat at a small table eating their ice cream.
"So what are you doing around here" Max asked
"My son, Cyrus goes to Lakeside Academy" Zain said
"Oh thats cool, are you and Chloe still together" Max asked
"Yeah" Zain smiled
"I'm happy for you" Max said
"Thank you Max" Zain said

Hope's pov
We parked the car as my song choice ended "Mine" honestly one of my favorite songs. Reminds me of Josie.
We all head inside and I see Max with some guy and Billy.
"Hey Max" my dad yells when we walk in. Way to be mature about it. I swear I saw Clara roll her eyes at the counter.
My mom took me and Will to the counter to order as my dad went and talked to Max and his mystery man. I doubt it's a boyfriend or anything cause Sam died three days ago. You'd think you'd be more traumatized watching your husband get stabbed to death but you know let's go get ice cream.
I got my cheesecake blizzard and went and sat by my dad.
"Hi" I said sitting down
"This is Zain, Zain that's Hope, Shawn's daughter" Max said
"Nice to meet you" Zain said and I just smiled
"His son is Cyrus, you might know him from Lakeside" Max said
"Yeah, we talked at one of the football games" I replied Sunny knew him better than me, I was friends with Kiki though.
Dad, Max and Zain continued conversation
I pulled out my phone to text the girls group chat.
Me: At the ice cream shop, Max has a man with him
A: Billy?
Me: and someone named Zain
S: Really?
L: Moving fast?
Me: I doubt it, it's been three days no one has talked about it, everyone's just shocked I guess
A: Understandable
Me: Shit. Billy just spilt ice cream on Zain
S: Send a video

"Put the phone down and help" My mother says to me I turn my phone down and go get napkins. In the corner of my eye I see Josie walking with some blonde girl down the street. I couldn't help but feel jealous. I wished I was with Josie.
"Here's the napkins" I said when I got back to the table.
"Sorry I'm clumsy" Billy stated
"It's ok" Zain said
I couldn't help but laugh.
Max and Billy ended up finishing up and leaving along with Zain.
"Who was that" I ask my mom
"Zain is Max's ex boyfriend" my mom said
"Really, why was he here" I ask.
"I have no idea" my mom sighed.
I pulled out my phone. I update the girls group chat
Me: Zain is Max's ex boyfriend
S: What??
L: Seriously
A: Wow
Me: Yeah it's weird
Me: I guess his son goes to Lakeside
S: Name?
Me: Cyrus
S: *instagram profile link*
A: That was quick
Me: We've met him before, last year at a football game, he's friends either Kiki and my cousin Vince
L: And my cousin Rose
Me: Yeah
S: I should find us a Lakeside party, I miss them, last years on Halloween was so much fun
Me: If you find one I'll tag along
"Ready to go" my dad asks
"Yeah" I reply

Third person
Maddie's house
Maddie and Tyler were cuddling on the couch watching a movie when Maddie gets a call.
"Hello" Maddie spoke on the phone
"Is this Maddie" caller asked
"Yes" Maddie replied
"You are written in Catherine's will that you get her savings of ten million dollars" the caller said
"What" Maddie gasped
"Come down to the station and prove your identity, we'll hook you up with the bank and get you your money" the caller said
"Thanks?" Maddie said hanging up the phone
"What" Tyler asked
"I get ten million dollars" Maddie said
"What" Tyler asked
"Apparently Catherine left it to me" Maddie said
"Why? What about her kids" Tyler asked
"I don't know" Maddie said "but that's not all the money she has, I knew her company goes to Sunny"
"True, do you think her kids got something else" Tyler asked
"Yes, but we don't need this" Maddie said
"You've know her so long, think of any reason it went to you" Tyler said
"Wait I know" Maddie said

Maddie's pov
Me and Catherine just left the bar. We went to drink her worries away.
"You know what would be funny, what if I left my will to you" Catherine said
"Why" I ask
"My grandpa just died you know, it be funny if I gave you the dead guys ten million dollars" Catherine left
"Let's go" I said laughing being I was drunk also.
We both got a cab and went off to change her will.
"You're gonna be rich when I die" Catherine said
"Yes I am" I squealed

Third person
"That's so dumb" Tyler said
"You think, we did stupid things when we were drunk" Maddie sighed
"We should keep it to buy a boat" Tyler said
"And other things" Maddie laughed
"I'm kidding, give it to the kids, and why did she do this" Tyler asked
"I mean, like I said, they got other funds left to them, but I'll talk to Sarah and I told you her grandpa gave it to her when he died, we were drunk so we changed her will" Maddie said
"I know I know, but why didn't she want it" Tyler asked
"Her grandpa was homophobic, he wrote "for the conversion therapy" in the will so, she didn't want it so she drunkingly gave it to me, honestly, it's sad" Maddie said
"That really is sad" Tyler said

Maddie's pov
"I'm gonna be rich" I squealed
"Yes, I'm too gay for the money" Catherine laughed. Oh Catherine always joking about her problems.
"What" I questioned
"Oh that asshole of a grandpa, wrote "for the conversion therapy" in his will so.. yeah I don't want his money" Catherine said
"Understandable" I said as we got another cab and headed off to her house

"That was a day though" Maddie smiled at the memory
"When was it" Tyler asked
"College" Maddie said
"So her wills been that way since" Tyler questioned
"Yup" Maddie replied
"Wow" Tyler laughed
"My guess she forgot about it" Maddie said
"Probably" Tyler said
