Scarlett's pov All week I had work. Barely slept because of it. The girls are ignoring me since I haven't been talking to them. I finally have the weekend off and I'm planning on doing something nice for the girls.
They've been wanting to get their rooms redone. I don't know why but they showed me what they wanted so that's what I'm going to do. The girls think that I work today but I'm not.
They both want a little bohemian in it which they love a little too much. But they have a little difference in the rooms so that it's a little personalized.
Anyways. My plan is to drop the kids off at Hunter's house since Chris is actually working today. Then I'll pick Lizzie up and her sisters since they wanted to help.
"Girls, come on. We need to go!" I yell from the bottom of the stairs. I hear Ava groan and I smile. "Why can't we just go to work with you?" She ask, putting her shoes on. "What? Why? I like Hunter" Isla speaks up getting an eye roll from her sister.
"Are you done complaining because it's getting old" I told Ava as I usher them outside and lock the door. "No. I'm not" she smiles at me then rolls her eyes. "Aren't you lucky that I'm not like that" Isla wraps and arm around me and I chuckle.
I bent down and kiss her forehead. "I am very lucky" we walk together to the car where Ava is blasting music. Music that I don't think she should be listening at this young age. "Get in" I open the door for her and she thanks me.
We are now on our way to Hunter's house with the music now turned down and different music playing. "What time are you picking us up?" Isla ask as she takes her seatbelt off and hops out. I do the same and wait for Ava to get out to lock the doors.
"Before supper" she nods and I walk in Hunter's house. "Hunt, I'm here with your nieces!" I yell. "Take your shoes off please" I tell them. The do and we walk in further. Where is he? "I'm here" he comes running down the stairs in a nice outfit.
"Why are you dressed like that?" I ask him as I take an apple and wash it. "Well you see...I was wearing something else but then I remembered that Ava was coming so I had to change it so that she wouldn't bully me" Isla just laughs and I glare at Ava.
"You really need to stop or I'm going to ground you again" I warn her but she doesn't seem to care. "Do it then" I sigh. "Fine. You're grounded" she's smiling? Why? "Have fun with her" I tell my brother and he just rolls his eyes.
"Bye girls. I'll be back before supper. Aves...be nice and Isla...I don't know. Your always good so I'm not worried" she gives me a small smile. "Okay I need to go now. Bye and I love you" I rush out the door and to the car.
I drive all the way to Lizzie's house and honk the horn. She comes rushing out with her sisters behind her. They hop in the car and we drive to the mall to get the stuff.
I'll be shopping for Isla's room with Ashley and Lizzie and Mary-Kate are going to be shopping for Ava's. They both decided that they want something completely different than what they have now.
After we got everything, we rushed to my house and started the long process but we can finish it before I pick up the girls.
Ava's pov "Do you think she's actually working?" I ask my sister as we chill on the couch waiting for her to pick us up. "I don't know" I shrug and we hear a car honk. I look out the window to see mom waving at us to come out.
"Hunter! Mom's here! Bye!" we both shout and rush out the door. He was at the bathroom and we're not going to wait for him to get out. Who knows what he's doing in there.
"So how was it?" mom ask as we get in the car. "Why do you have paint on your face?" I ask her as she drives away. "You'll find out soon, so how was it?" she asked again.
"Good. We had like four bowls of ice cream" I slap the back of Isla's head. "You weren't suppose to tell her that you goof" mom laughs. Thank god she isn't mad.
"When you get home, I want you to go to your rooms. There's a surprise" oh great. This is going to be interesting.
Once we arrive, we both run out to go our rooms to see what's the surprise and OMG its AMAZING!
"We got new rooms?!" we both shout since our rooms our next to each others. "Yeah. Lizzie and the twins helped. Do you like it?" mom ask with that face. She thinks that we don't like it but boy was she wrong.
"We love it! Thank you" we hug her and she giggles. "Sorry for not being with you guys these past few days" we just hug her even tighter. "Now go explore while I make supper"
