So,I got an Idea-

Rosie didn't only inherit her powers from her father.

She also gained the ability to have her power grow with each demon she slays.

So,if she were to kill a particularly powerful demon,she would grow in power.

This is also how she got her ability to breathe fire. She killed a demon who could breathe fire,and thus got the power.
