The blonde haired male sighed, after setting up camp near a tree.
"Paimon is tired... make sure you go to sleep Aether..!" Paimon yawns, as she slowly dozes off to sleep.
"Alright, alright, goodnight Paimon," Aether sighs, as he looks up into the sky to see it covered with patterns of stars.
"If only you were here, Lumine..." Aether whispers to himself, as he closes his eyes whilst sitting down against the tree trunk.

Tomorrow, he was going to see the adeptus, Xiao, Conquerer of Demons.
Aether deep down, eagerly waited for his sister to make her appearance and embrace him once more, but that dream seems long gone now.
He had to embark on this journey, this journey is the key to finding Lumine.

It was the next morning, and Aether yawned and stretched as he looked over to still see Paimon sleeping.
"C'mon Paimon..." Aether says, as he gently shakes the tiny pixie (lmao) awake.
"Paimon is up..."
The traveler gets up after stretching, and starts walking towards Wangshu Inn, after taking down the tent.
(He hasn't received the Serentia Teapot yet.)

Aether and Paimon arrived at Wangshu Inn, it wasn't far away luckily.
They go up to the balcony, and after looking around, Paimon says, "Oh? He's not here?"
They traveler only hums in response, as he goes to the edge of the balcony and takes in a beautiful sight of the Land of Contracts around him.
Just then, a mysterious figure appears next to them, and says," To the blind, everything may not be as it appears..."

"Whatever the reason you are here for, traveler, leave."
"Now."
the Adeptus commands, and before Aether could say anything, Xiao disappears.
"So much for coming to see him!" Paimon mutters angrily, before crossing her arms.
"Calm down, Paimon, I have a feeling that he may return..." Aether trails off, his thought process only consisting of the Conqueror of Demons.
Feelings?
He hopes not.
