Prologue

"One must be foolish to believe in such idiotic ideas," a raspy voice said to Cloud Retainer, as Cloud Retainer only chuckles.
"But that one could never be happy until that one has met their fated one," Cloud Retainer responded, as the short Yaksha only scoffs in response.
"Love or loving a person, is a waste of time," the Yaksha states," If I ever fall in love, I am an idiot."
"One who is like you needs to rethink one's priorities," Cloud Retainer finally says, as she disappears into the wind.
"My priorities... huh..." the Yaksha only muttered to himself, as he walks into the hotel rooms of Wangshu Inn.
He entered his room, his mind filling with ideas on how to manage the hillichurl camps that were surrounding Liyue Harbour.
"Why do these hillichurls have to be so hard to manage!?" Xiao says out of frustration, as he lies down on his bed and falls asleep.

"Xiaooo...Xiao!"
"Wake upp!"
"Awh c'mon, wake up now Alatus!"

Xiao immediately gets up from his bed, sweating and panting.
"Who was that..?"
Xiao swore he heard some ecstatic noises for a certain period of time.
After snapping out of his thought process, the Yaksha noticed it was still nighttime.
He only groaned as he fell onto his bed again, slowly falling asleep again afterwards.

"Hm..." Xiao slowly wakes up, groaning as he gets up from his bed and teleports away to Jueyun Karst (I imagine he does this since... well... everyone in genshin doesn't have a bathroom...)
He searches the area, until he hears noises of a sword slashing bare skin and the groans and cries of many men.
Xiao immediately sees a blonde male, fighting the Millelith without even trying.
The adeptus Mooncarver notices Xiao looking at the blonde male, as he signals to Xiao that he should not disturb this fight.

Xiao sighs, as he watched the battle finish, only to teleport back to Wangshu Inn to spot nearby Treasure Hoarders or Hillichurl Camps.
There were a few Hillichurl Camps, but Xiao could easily defeat them with his plunges.

Nothing eventful happened for the rest of the day, Xiao defeated everything, and then went to bed again.
It was only the next day, where things were going to get interesting...
