~SMAT WARNING~

"Alright, that's the last of it," Taehyung said, placing the final box in the living room.

You, along with him and Jin, were currently decorating the cabin for the annual group Christmas trip. The tradition started ten years ago while you all were in college. Usually the group would meet up on Christmas Eve and then leave on January second. But this year the three of you, being the furthest away, arrived a day early due to an incoming snowstorm.

"Man it's really coming down out there," you sighed looking up from the decorations you were sorting. "Do you think everyone will be able to make it here tonight?" you asked no one in particular.

"No." Jin's voice turned your attention to the man standing in the kitchen. "I just got off the phone with Jimin. They closed down the roads due to the storm. He said they were going to stay in town and try again tomorrow. But unless it lets up, it's not looking good."

"Well, I guess it's a good thing we went to the store before coming here yesterday," Taehyung added before going back to setting up the tree.

"So then what are we going to do tonight, since nobody is coming?" you asked, looking around the room at all the decorations. There was a lot, as a group you could easily get it done in an hour or two. But with just the three of you it would take longer.

"We continue with what we originally had planned. Dinner, decorating, drinking hot chocolate and hanging out." Jin sent you a playful wink before going back to preparing dinner.

You and Taehyung busied yourselves with the simpler decorations while Jin made food. Once the three of you had your fill, you cleaned up and Jin made his famous hot chocolate before joining the two of you in the living room.

"I love this time of year," you said, sitting back on the couch and taking a drink, watching the two men place the last of the ornaments on the tree.

It'd taken the three of you nearly four hours and a few glasses of the chocolatey alcohol concoction, but the decorating was nearly complete.

"You just like Jin's hot chocolate and watching us do all the work," Taehyung laughed.

"It's chocolate and alcohol, what's not to like?" You shrugged your shoulders and brought the cup to your lips. "I can't help it if the view is nice, too," you mumbled before taking the last swig.

"Alright, you flirt." Your eyes landed on Jin's when his amused voice filled your ears. "Why don't you take a break from the view we are giving you and refill everyone's drinks?"

You sighed and stood up, "Yes, Sir."

Your body froze mid step and eyes widened when you realized you'd said that in a tone you hadn't meant to. "I did not mean for that to sound so flirty," you stated, before grabbing their cups and going to the kitchen.

The three of you flirting was nothing new. In fact at one point there was a bet going on in the friend group on whether or not you'd hook up with one or both of them. Your friends jokingly called you "the throuple's" knowing that you had feelings for each other, but out of worry that it would in some way ruin the friendship, none of you acted on it. All three of you'd be lying if you said it wasn't getting harder as the years went on. Especially since you moved in with the two of them last year when your company relocated you to an office in their city.

"Hey, Y/N. Can you come here for a second?" Taehyung yelled from the entryway into the kitchen.

"What's up, Tae?" you asked, coming to stand next to him.
