chapter 25

Taehyung was way to excited to sleep. Thry had spent the rest of the night cuddling and by ten Taehyung was walking Jungkook out of the building.

A black Mercedes was waiting outside for them and Jungkook turned to kiss Taehyung goodbye and remind him that he should be done at 5 for their date.

Taehyung felt way to giddy after the kiss he had received and couldn't stop smiling into his pillow. He was a freaking mess.

It was around four something now.  Taehyung had on his favorite yellow converse paired with  light blue flare jeans. He paired it with a white tee and a light grey v neck sweater over it. The last finish touch was the baret that he added onto his newly washed hair. ( the dynamite mv outfit )

He was pacing back and forth , waiting for Jungkook to finally text him and say that he was outside. His nerves couldn't handle it anymore.

The doorbell ringed and he jumped out of suprise. Taehyung fixed the beret ontop of his head and slowy opened the door.

There Jungkook stood with a blue demin flannel over a white shirt. He paired it with a light blue jeans and a washed out blue belt. His hair was loose , one side tucked behind his ear (yet to come concert)

"You look beautiful " they both said in union.  Taehyung giggled as he stepped outside,closing the door behind him and tugging his key inside his jean pocket.

Jungkook was quick to embrace him, pulling him in for a bear hug. Taehyung could feel his feet slightly being lifted off the ground and smiled at the way Jungkook began to spin them around.

Once they were lowered Jungkook couldn't help but place a soft kiss on Taehyung's cheek. They walked out of the building hand in hand ,the biggest smiles on their faces

"Where are we going ?" Taehyung asked as he got into the passenger seat. He clicked his seatbelt in and smiled at the brightness of Jungkook. He seemed so freaking happy .

" we're first going to have some early dinner at a  restaurant " Jungkook turned on his indicator they neared the robot. He turned to look at Taehyung , smiling brightly at him.

"Then we're going to the Cheonggyecheon Stream"

"Really?" Taehyung beamed at that. Jungkook turned his attention back to the road and nodded his head , turning on the radio to accompany them.

"I've always wanted to go there" Taehyung admitted. He pulled out his phone to sneak a video of Jungkook driving and smiled widely at his phone. He had updated his wallpaper to a photo of them both that they took yesterday when they were done with the drawings .

"Really? I figured you would have went already"

" I've always wanted to go there, but Hoon - nevermind, i just never got around" Taehyung shrugged his shoulders and put his phone inbetween his thighs.

Jungkook couldn't stop staring at him. Everytime they stopped at the red light he would turn his head to just see Taehyung looking around with his big eyes and his mouth in a small smile.

God Taehyung was absolutely beautiful.

Somewhere along the drive they had started holding hands and Taehyung started laughing everytime Jungkook had to change gears. It made for a quite photo and an even better instragram storie.

He made a mental note to  tag Jungkook first and then put the video on top so that some people could stay out of his personal life.

"We're almost there" Jungkook turned down the radio a bit. Taehyung nodded , rubbing his thumb over Jungkook's nuckles.

They pulled up to Yong Geum Oak. It was a restaurant slash Cafe that attracted a lot of people. Jungkook made sure to make a reservation first.

"Woah" Taehyung mumbled as he climb out of the car. He was practically vibrating with happiness. He pulled at Jungkook's wrist and practically dragged the poor soul into the restaurant with him.

The got themselves a booth near the window to get a full view of the people passing by. Some were children and other's were lovers . It was all around a beautiful day to be outside.

Taehyung had already taken a dozen photos , claiming that he would later include it in his end of the year drawing project. Jungkook didn't mind , he loved seeing Taehyung talk on and on about his passions.

They had decided on getting the chutang and talked about all sorts of random things. Mostly family and friends, how university was treating them and how they were couping with everything. Taehyung was already a fourth year student, while Jungkook was still in his second year.

After they were done Taehyung clicked a few more photos of the inside of the place while Jungkook got up to pay. His phone however started ringing , causing Taehyung to look down at it.

The contact name was only 'hyung' but Taehyung didn't know if he should pick up or not.

He decided to pick up the phone , holding it up to his ear.

"How's the date going kid ?" Was the first thing the other person on the line asked. His voice was deep and smooth.

"Uh , Jungkook went go go pay so i answered for him" Taehyung mumbled into the phone.  He looked behind him to see Jungkook still waiting in line.

"Oh well ,Taehyung, how is the date going?"

"Great" Taehyung smiled. He didn't even know how the other person knew his name.

"That's great to hear , I'll go first, tell kookie to call me back later "

" i will , bye"

And then the phone beeped. Taehyung looked at the screen and smiled at the photo of himself staring back at him. Jungkook had taken it himself while Taehyung was on the carpet. It came out as a pretty good photo.

"Sorry that took so long" Jungkook apologized as he joined the older again.

"It's fine" Taehyung pointed at Jungkook's phone "your hyung called , he asked me to tell you to call him back later "

Jungkook's eyes furrowed as he looked down at his phone. He unlocked it and saw the contact name , a small smile coming into view.

"I will thanks " Jungkook smiled.

The drive to the stream was short.  By the time they were done eating it was already seven and the sun was slowly setting. The lights at the stream were already on by the time Taehyung had yet again dragged Jungkook down the stairs.

"Wow" Taehyung breathed as he looked at the stream. The neon blue lights were reflecting on the water and made everything look ten times more beautiful.  The trees that adored the place only added to the beauty.

They both sat down at the edge of the stone slab, the water running below their feet but not high enough to touch them.

Taehyung leaned his head against Jungkook's shoulder , their index fingers brushing past each other slightly.

"Thank you " Taehyung whispererd , turning his body to look at Jungkook "for today and everything else"

"No need to thank me my love , i wanted to spoil you"

Taehyung blushed, getting all shy as he hid his face in Jungkook's chest. Jungkook chuckled at how cute Taehyung was .

" i wanted to ask you something " Jungkook softly peeled Taehyung out of his embrace, linking their hands together.

"Would you do me the honor and let me be -"

"Jungkook?"
