chapter 27

Jungkook had showered , some shorts on his body and a tee from Taehyung. It smelled exactly like he did too. Taehyung was in his regular sleepwear , which was a light brown long sleeve and his boxers.

They were snuggled under the comforters, whispering to not wake up Hyushik. It was already two in the morning, but the conversation was flowing so easily between the two lovers that they didn't mind the time.

"We should sleep, you have to drive back in the morning" Taehyung pushed Jungkook's hair out of his face, smiling up at the man before him.

" it's not that long of a drive, I'm only going back at two" Jungkook eyes flickered down to Taehyung's lips. If he could, he would just kiss the older forever and ever until he breathed his last breath.

"But still, i don't want you tired" Taehyung protested. He sounded just like he would over text and it made Jungkook's heart beat even faster.

"You're so beautiful " Jungkook blurted out instead. He could barely see Taehyung in front of him, but he could feel him .

"I just -wow" Jungkook pulled Taehyung in for hug. He was also sad about the fact that he would have to fo home ,but they promised to see each other as often as they could.

"Stop saying such cheesy things or i will burst out in tears" Taehyung mumbled, hugging Jungkook back. He couldn't believe Jungkook was here,in bed, with him .

"I'm so glad you added me that day"

"I'm so glad i got cheated on" Jungkook laughed, earing a slap from Taehyung in the process.  From a perspective Taehyung knew why he was saying that, but it didn't make it any less sad.

" so you guys were together for two years?" Taehyung asked, remembering that was the explanation given to him 4 and a half months back.

"1 year and 11 months actually , i found out the day before our anniversary, dumped him a minute before midnight " Jungkook recalled the moment and snuggled his head into Taehyung's chest.

"How long had he been cheating"

"2 years and 2 months" Jungkook let out a breath. He didn't have any feelings for the older man anymore, but it still hurt.

"I - i can't believe you're so brave to give love another chance"

"That wasn't love" Jungkook shook his head, lifting it up and look at Taehyung. He couldn't really see the other's expression that well but he was really grateful for the man beneath him. Taehyung helped him through a rough patch even though they were practically strangers.

"Well you're still my brave man" Taehyung smiled, pulling Jungkook closer towards him.

" and one sexy one too" Taehyung laughed, placing a chaste kiss against Jungkook's lips.

"We should stop kissing before i give Hyushik hyung a nephew " Jungkook grunted , burying his face in Taehyung's chest. He sqeezed at his waist , turning his head to the side.

"A what now ?" Taehyung giggled, running a hand through Jungkook's hair. It was his new favorite thing to do.

" I'm going to give you a baby" Jungkook clarified,  kissing Taehyung's tummy through his shirt.  Taehyung blushed, realizing what Jungkook meant and cleared his throat.

"Goodnight "

"Goodnight my love"
