Welp, Consider this my Christmas Present from me to yall :)). Since officially I've watched EVERY Jeff Dunham Special (Including some of Jeffs QUESTIONABLE side projects) and now for yalls pure enjoyment, I'M RANKING THEM. Now yall, if I'm harsh, it's because I love this 60 year old man and his puppets and I'm doing this because I want to see him make great things (Also because I really feel like complaining about smth as of recent) So really all I can say is enjoy :))).
Here's how this is gonna work. I'm going to be mostly abbreviating specials while I rank them (Worst to Best). Along side all his other specials, I'm gonna be ranking two of his side projects. That being Achmed Saves America and The Jeff Dunham Show.
Lets get some of the worst over with.
13: Achmed Saves America
"Oh. My. Fucking. God." Is probably all you would hear coming out my mouth after I watched ASA. This thing is ATROCIOUS. I wanna know what kinda shit Jeff was smoking while he was observing this thing be produced- thinking this project was GOOD. Don't get me wrong- the thought of an animated special explaining the back story of one of his most popular characters sounds like a good idea! I would DIE for a cartoony almost South Park kinda show with a bunch of Jeff Dunham characters, exploring there backstories each episode or just simply a show with all his characters doing random shit would be AWESOME. But no. We got ASA. The art style used for this special is UGLLLYYY. I was having such a hard time watching Achmed do ANYTHING because of how dirty the artists did him. And all the other characters either look bland as fuck or goofy beyond belief. The realistic art style for Achmed works well with shirts and all that sure- but for an animated movie?? Sorry, I don't think so. It would have been so much better if they had made him cartoony- more like a Disney villain. But I understand they were working with the artists they had, and I appreciate the effort- but it's just so sad to see a project turn out this way. AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE SIDE CHARACTERS THEMSELVES. All the characters have the most GENERIC personalities its unbearable. Typical Father, typical Mother, typical teen daughter, and sort of typical young son?? At least he was into ventriloquism but the way that was shown was very corny. Not to mention this family are the most naive people i've ever seen. HOW CAN YOU NOT TELL HE IS A TERRORIST??? IT LIKE PHYSICALLY HURTS ME HOW DUMB THIS FAMILY IS. The only things I liked about this special was Hassan. He was actually pretty funny, and I like how him and Achmed become friends as if it was some episode of My Little Pony or something in the end. The Walter scene made me giggle, I love how Sweet Daddy and Melvin are back ground characters, just pretty much any scene with an easter egg leading to another character is cool :)). But yall are probably asking the big question. Was it funny??? No, not really. The humor is almost shockingly not good. It honestly felt like I was being forced to sit through an episode of one of those Family Guy rip offs. Do better, Jeff. Do better.
(AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE NONEXISTENT REASON WHY AJ IS NOT EVEN MENTIONED OR SHOWN IN THIS STORY AND HE'S A MAJOR PART OF ACHMEDS BACK STORY)
12: The Pandemic Special
Yikes. I remember SPECIFICALLY watching this special the day it aired on Comedy Central and it left much to be desired. I understand why it's so lack luster. This was Jeff's first special in a hot minute, he was trying to get back on his feet again after being stuck at home for months. But honestly 2020 Jeff Dunham obsessed me didn't really care at the time. (Obviously, after rewatching it now I do) It's also not as funny as I remembered?? Walter made me have a small giggle, Bubba J's segment felt like a chore, Peanut was a strong alright, Jose was only out for like 2 minutes, and while Achmeds was PROBABLY the better performance over all it was still not the most funniest thing ever and for the best performance over all that's pretty upsetting. I don't know the special just feels so EMPTY. Like I was watching a black void forming in front of my TV. Not a very good come back my man :(((. But I did like Achmeds new song! Nice come back to the Christmas Special and it's actually decently catchy. I liked the brought back act he did with the whole worm in the bottle performance. Do yall know how CRAZY impressive it is to talk while sipping booze?? THATS COOL. About one of the only thing I actually have any feeling for in this special however.

Random Jeff Dunham Stuff
RandomYou read the title. This is just about a weird bitch talking about there headcanons of scary ass puppets. Oh yea and the cover is a can of beans. Isn't that just fabulous. I'll make up dates to this whenever I feel like it I suppose.
