My dad and siblings decided that to fulfill my moms final wish for us which was to experience what life was like in La Push if she couldn't be there to share it with us. It was now just the 4 us, my dad Toji, Maki, and Levi.

Maki was the older out of the twins, growing up though she was by far one of the best in her class in terms of academics and arts, that did not stop her from being a problem child. She was a party-girl everyone knew her and loved her. She was the Asian parents dream child except for when she would come back home at 4 am drunk out of her mind. Other than that she excelled in school, dancing, arts, you name it she did it. In the end she was what I considered to be my mom's perfect daughter.

Levi was the only boy and the younger of the twins. Being the only boy, plus a middle child was rough. He often tried to live up to the standards of being the man of the house whenever our dad had to take periodical leaves for work, he was always the stern one taking everything way too seriously and rarely joked around. Its astonishing how him and my sister were twins considering how opposite they were. But deep down in comparison to my sister and I, he was emotionally weak. He was always the athlete, he played almost every sport and won tournament after tournament but never a studious person even though hands down he was smarter than my sister and I, he just never really applied himself to school like us. Which led to years and years of constant comparing and ridicule by relatives and teachers.

I on the other hand, was the self-appointed problem child, I was the one that had the attitude and sheer aptitude to create chaos. And in contrast to both of my siblings, I was the introverted one - I enjoyed my time away from people. I was never shy trust me I could talk to people just fine, its just the fact that I resented the idea in trying to interact people.

I guess I forgot to give you some background context.

After my siblings and I were born in La Push, my mother, Maria, was such a free-spirited person that she wanted to move with our dad back to Japan, she loved the idea of experiencing the world and what better way than to leave the rez. Ever since then my siblings and I have lived in Japan but our mom never forgot to teach us about our Quileute side of our blood, especially about the tribal secretes and stories. We always knew about the shifters and the feud between the cold-ones.

My dad, Toji, on the other hand was a much more stern and always wore a snarky smirk on his face all the time and gave sarcastic, smug remarks which made me wonder how he snagged my mom. And its not like anyone could really talk down on him for those remarks - mans was huge. My dad stood at 6'7' (200 cm) tall and because of his job working as the Head of Criminal Investigation in Japan he was constantly working-out and getting fit so it was not strange that he was abnormally strong. He came from the Zenin Clan Bloodline which is nearly extinct considering the background of the clans abilities that caused them to be hunted down over time.

Both of them met when my dad when to Forks as a teenager with his father for a long-term business deal there which had my dad staying in forks for 7 years, in those years him and mom dated and got married then had 3 children lets just say they worked fast.

Jae POV-

We were driving down the long, heavily wooded road that slowly drifted farther and farther from the city. It had only been 7 months since my mom passed away and ever since then we were able to buy a house on the rez near our cousin Jacob black and his dad Billy, my dad also took up a job in the city as an Senior investigator for Washington which meant many days where he might have  to work overtime and spend great deals amount away from home.

"jae..JAE" I shook off my headphones hearing my dads voice "you heard me right?" I looked at him through the rear view mirror "no? whatd you say?"

"I said, you better learn how to control your anger you understand me? Your uncle and the others haven't been fully informed of my side of the family yet and knowing that there might be leeches in the area like your mother said, you might end up hurting you or someone else.
And that goes for all of you."
