chapter seven

a few days have past. katrina hasn't really seen billy since that day in his house which upset her. she thought he'd be begging to come over every night but he hasn't said a thing.

it was the end of the day and katrina was by her locker. she was about to head out with steve who wanted to go to nancy's house and try and get her back. he had asked katrina for help.

she closed her locker and walked outside but stopped when she saw a girl standing next to billy and he seemed really into her.

katrina's heart broke.

what the fuck? was i just a one night stand?

she looked away and headed toward steve's car which happened to be parked right across from billys.

billy couldn't help but look over at the blonde girl he's been missing. she wouldn't even look at him and he knew why. he sighed to himself, "forget about her. she can skate home."

billy threw his cigarette on the ground and got into his car, the girl he was hooking up with as well.

"you alright?" steve asked katrina as she walked over to him, "yeah, let's just go."

"so, you're going to get your little ass in there and say sorry then give her these roses, okay?" katrina explained for the 100th time, "oh and say you need her in your life."

they were now in front of nancy's house.

steve sighed and held the roses tightly in his hands, "yup i know."

"good luck." katrina smiled at him.

"i'll need it," steve got out of the car and katrina waited.

about five minutes later, the back door of the car opened and dustin henderson appeared. katrina looked at him confused then at steve who sat down in the front seat with the roses.

"um what's going on?" she asked the two boys.

"hi katrina." dustin smiled.

"steve, i thought you were doing it."

"she's not home," steve sighed.

"oh but why is he here? no offense dustin just confused." katrina smiled at him.

dustin was one of her favorites. she loved them all but dustin has always been so sweet to her.
