In New Donk City, a kid wakes up, and as he goes to the living room, he looks out the window....only to find not only a swarm of Meganula, but also Rodan hunting the dragonfly kaiju. Red dust spreads from the Meganula's bodies as the sky turns red, and they begin destroying small parts of the city, and Rodan levels it with his wings. However, the Meganula weren't the only ones spreading red dust, but also was a huge cocoon in the center of the city, pulsing red. Rodan didn't seem to pay attention, and only let out screeches of rage and agony as he flies and eats Meganula swarming around him. However, he turns his attention to something roaring; Gorosaurus, who has gone down from the mountains, and has also entered the city. Rodan and Gorosaurus look at each other, before the latter growls at the former. This intimidates the pterosaur to flee from Gorosaurus, but not leave the city, as he nests on one of the towers. As Gorosaurus begins to mark his territory, New Donk City is overwhelmed with Meganula, their electromagnetic waves causing connection to be lost......

At Misakioku, Toad makes a presentation on Ashihara to Moustafa.

Toad: Okay, 80 years ago, Ashihara discovered a very rare jellyfish during his investigation on a red tide, which as we know is occurring even today, and begun to observe them.

Moustafa: A jellyfish, Hmm? So he wasn't observing radio waves before? If he were alive today, he'd be over 100 years old.

Toad: This may seem strange, but I don't think we should assume he's dead.

Moustafa: Really? Well, that's an odd conclusion, but it's possible somebody else knows about it.

Merlon makes a meeting with Kammy, Grodus, and Crump.

Kammy: Gabara?

Crump: Yeah, it's the name given for the ape. We came up with it because one of my boys mentioned he knew a guy who was muscular with a green shirt, and the guy's name was Gabara.

Merlon: Besides that, a creature like Gabara is another prediction from Ashihara that came true.

Kammy: But what does it want?

Merlon: Possibilities are that it either is trying to find fresh air by escaping, or it's coming for something we took from it, assuming Ashihara is right.....

Kammy: And what would this treasure be? SHIVA?

Grodus: Forget that. It destroyed the partition in one day. It's only a matter of time until it goes through the rest.

Kammy: Can we slow it down?

Grodus: I don't think so, but don't we have bigger fish to fry?
