Chapter 24 ~ She's Gone ~

London's P.O.V
I stared wide eyed at the door which was hanging open by the wind. she didn't, she can't just go and kill right in public!
I slowly turned my head and remembered Kim's motionless body sprawled on the floor, blood crusted on her face and staining the doormat under her body. I smiled on the inside, the bitch killed me what was I supposed to do!
"I can't believe this!"
"Is she dead?"
"Who was that girl?"
I listened to the silent whispering of everyone around me. None of them were all too scared of the situation. I turned back to Rose who just stared at the lifeless corps of Kim.
"Your sister killed her?" I just barely understood what she said, shit, Kim killed Rose.... Almost forgot about that.
"Yeah, Kim has kill before.... she killed me, but you already know that." all of a sudden, nothing mattered at the moment, another one of my famous ice cold moments. I didn't take another look at Rose before turning around with a plain look on my face.
"London! Where are you going?" I heard her cries from behind me, but I didn't stop walking. it's like my feet are carrying me somewhere, who knows where.
"London!!!" I stopped in my footsteps and glanced over my shoulder to show I was listening. I could hear her soft breathes come in and out, running in heels must be hard.
"London, I'm not mad at your sister, nor you. I'm just... disappointed, I was supposed to kill Kim." Has Rose ever killed someone before?
"Have you ever killed someone before?" She looked down at her feet which had all of a sudden become very interesting, "I've killed.... but not on purpose." of course, Rose doesn't like hurting people. unless they deserve it...
"It's fine Rose, there's people out there who kill daily." she shrugged, "and that makes it right for me?" She looked up with tear stained eyes and mascara smeared down the sides of her face.
"I don't want to kill people, it isn't right. it's Kim's fault I kill!! Well... partly." Partly, what the fuck does that mean? She closed her eyes in pain.
"What do you mean partly?" Her eyes snapped back open and she looked up. She relaxed a moment after, well that wasn't weird.
"It's also because of my dad. he was a scientist and didn't care for my safety. he was one day doing an experiment for god knows what, he used me as the test monkey. it shocked me causing an unbelievable amount of pain. I came out fine, but I went home... and that's when I figured out I could shape shift, I killed my father without knowing. I couldn't control my temper no matter how hard I tried! now, he's dead, and there are many other dead as well. it's his fault I'm like this, Kim just killed me to make it worse!"
Rose looked severely pissed, she paced in place before marching to a tree and beating the shit out of it.
She backed away from the tree and grabbed the shoe off her foot and throwing it at a squirrel, the spike of her high heel sunk into the squirrel's stomach. The little critter fell over, dead. I looked back at Rose, her eyes an ice cold blue shade.
"Rose, what's wrong?" She fell back to the ground and put her hands on her head. she shook it slowly from side to side, her eyes closed.
"This world isn't worth it! It's cruel, it doesn't care what happens to me or anyone I care for!!" I narrowed my eyes, where is she going with this?
"Where are you going with this?" She looked up, her eyes bloodshot from the crying. she sniffed and looked blankly at the clearing around us. "now..... I just let go...." I still don't know what she means! She stood up, still blankly starring. her gaze landed on me and she walked to stand in front of me.
"I'm letting go.... I'm letting go of everything I've worked for because it just isn't worth it anymore." She turned away and walked down the hill, I just stood there. confused, incapable of moving or speaking.
I finally snapped out of my trance and looked around for Rose.
"Rose!!! Please come back!" I looked around nervously, I need to speak to her! I ran over to the hill to find her gone, she just.... disappeared! I started panicking, and yelling out for her. "ROSE!!! PLEASE!" I ran around the hill searching for my girl.
"Rose!" I screamed out, I fell to my knees and closed my eyes in sadness or confusion, whatever I am feeling. I felt the tears drip from my eyes.
"Rose.... I love you!" I just managed to rasp out the words, but it was no use... she wasn't here to witness the words and who knows when I will be able to tell her in person.
Why does this have to happen! I fall for a girl and she leaves me!!! I clenched my head in anger and irritation. the anger overwhelmed me and I stood on my knees, "AGGHHHH!!!" I screamed in anger and bounded to my feet, i grabbed the tree branch of long limb and yanked it off along with the entire limb. I grabbed another by the trunk and yanked it out by the roots, throwing it down the hill and screaming again.
"Why would you leave me Rose!?"
"What the fuck did I do?!"
I narrowed my eyes in indignation. How could she leave me?! I realized the damage I'd done to my surroundings and calmed a little.
I lost control... One more screw up and you'll mess more stuff up!
I can't find one girl.... one girl! I just can't date, I can't feel. anytime I feel something for someone it just brings me hurt!
I just have to ignore my feelings. I can't do anything but that! It just brings me more hurt and more pain each and every time.
I closed my eyes and opened them... the pain gone and replaced by.... nothing. I looked over the hill and wiped away the tears.
Rose ruined something. She knows it.

Sup guys!! I decided to finish this chapter I'm just watching SPONGEBOB with my cousin and it wasn't the best episode on so thought might as well finish this.
