Chapter 3

As they day goes by more and more useless information that I'm never gonna use in my life. But now it was finally lunch time and I am STARVING. I grab my tray and jump to see what they're serving but I couldn't see because of the tall ass seniors ahead of me. Damn what do they eat? I eat all my vegetables and I'm still short. Ashlynn tapped my shoulder and I looked at her. "They're giving away burgers, pizza, lasagna and spaghetti for lunch today." She winked at me and I fist bumped the air. "Yess!! They're serving the good food! No wonder why the lines so long." Well I was in the beginning of the line so I could get as much as I want.

By the time I got my food me, Ashlynn, Jacob, Emyusona, Josh and Parker. Emyusona and Parker are related, they're the first two in quadruplets. They're other two siblings are Liv and Joseph, Joey for short. Now for Josh, real name Joshua, is well E's boyfriend. They've been dating for 2 years now.

"Emy c'mon not now." Jacob said as Emyusona scooted in closer to Jacob. They were also dating, but the best thing about them dating is that Kami is in love Jacob and knows she has absolute ZERO CHANCE. "Aw c'mon Jacob, just a little?" He said grabbing his waist. "Hey hey not here you horny teens." Ashlynn said rolling her eyes. "Your just mad because your boyfriend Aiden isn't here today." Jacob mocked sticking out his tongue, Emyusona took advantage of the moment and kissed Jacob while his mouth was open.

"Aww gross!" I said throwing my empty milk carton at them. "Hey it's called love Adrien." "No it's called being horny." He shrugged it off and laid on Jacob's lap playing with his hair and Jacob was blushing like crazy. "Damn Jacob! I've never seen you blush so hard before!" I exclaimed trying not to laugh. "S-Shut up! At least I'm not afraid to ask out my crush!" Both Ashlynn and Josh 'oohhed' like a couple of children. "Wait, you have a crush? On who?" Parker asked and to admit he sounded a little hurt. "Well- I mean maybe?" I said, I didn't know exactly what to say after Parker sounded like that.

"He does." Jacob said nonchalantly. I glared and he mouthed 'what?' While throwing his hands in the air. "Well then can't you tell me who it is? We're friends aren't we?" That hit me straight in the heart. Damn I just got friend zoned by my crush. I held onto my heart making Parker worry. "Are you ok!?" He rushed over to me holding my hand. I don't remember the last time I felt hot when he was around me. "Yea, I'm fine. Thanks for checking Park." We stared at each other for awhile then eventually began to get closer and closer until- "Hey! Get a room!" Emyusona shouted, "Look who's talking!" I shouted back and he just laughed. I rolled my eyes and began to get up but, Parker gripped my hand harder and took me somewhere unknown.

"Ooh they gon fuck!" I looked back and glared at Emyusona one last time before he was out of my sight. Man that guy gets on my nerves. How does Jacob deal with him? I was pushed into the janitors closest and saw Parker hurry in and closed the door. "Park, what's going on? Why are we here?" He stayed silent and moved closer to me. "Um, Park what are you doing?" I asked nervously and my back hit the wall. There was no where else for me to go. "Adrien?" "Y-Yeah?" "This might seem straight forward but, do you...like me? Am I you're crush?" I instantly turned red and looked away. "And if you are?" Is that enough for you to know that it's you? Please don't tell me your as dense as the people in those Wattpad stories. Then he kissed my cheek and looked at me. "Well good. I don't know what I've would've done if this plan failed." "U'know Park, this is a weird way to confess your feelings for someone." He sighed. "Yea I know. I couldn't think of anything else." I looked at him as he said the most stupidest thing I've EVER heard. "Wait so your telling me that you couldn't just have texted, called, or came over to my house just to tell me that you like me?" He looked so offended when I said that. But was I wrong? "Well when were you going to confess to me!?" He said crossing his arms. I stared at him for a few seconds and went straight to the door and didn't look back. "That's what I thought." He said grabbing my hand.

Kami walked by and immediately stopped when she saw me and Parker holding hands. "Are you two..." She trailed off point towards our locked hands. "Yep!" I said proudly, "you're just jealous because I gotta boyfriend before you!" She scoffed and crossed her arms. "Well that's not fair! I'm the hotter twin out of both of us! Your an ugly twit!" "Hey! Don't yell at my boyfriend as if he's your peasant!" Parker yelled and he walked off and took me with him.

"Wow...I've never talked to Kami like that. I mean yea I might talk a lot of shit about her but I've NEVER said it to her face." I said looking at Parker in amazement. "Why not?" "I was taught to treat everyone older than me with respect. Also, she's my big sister, I have to listen to her. I'd be a horrible little brother if I did such a thing." Parker looked at me with shock. "Oh Adrien, you have such a good heart but in the wrong situations."

What does he mean by that? Wrong situations? "What exactly do you mean?" "I mean she's treating you like shit. That's not how it's supposed to work." He sighed and shook his head knowing that I was still a little confused. "What I'm trying to say is that you need to take charge! You can be scared of Kami you're entire life! She might be older but that doesn't mean that she has the right to control every single move that you make. It's your life, it's time to take control." After that talk I didn't say anything for the rest of the day.

School was finally over and I decided to walk home instead of get picked up with Kami. Take control huh? Isn't that what I've been doing this entire time? I stared at my feet while walking like I always do. It helps me keep my thoughts together. Maybe Parker's right. She has been controlling my life. I'm not her puppet! Then I heard a lot of people yelling and screaming so I looked up to see what was going on. They were yelling a me. Why? They kept yelling "Move!" Or "Get out the way!"

When I turned to see what was going on, I felt something hit me. And it was fast. I don't know what happened but it hurts so much. Is this what death feels like? For the first time, I'm actually scared of death. I don't wanna die not now! Just as my life we getting better!

What could I say, life's full of surprises.
