Enid pov:

I wake up to be greeted by Wednesday, her arms wrapped around me and her head in my chest. I place my hand on her head and start stroking her. She seems to like it as she cuddles closer into me. She shifts and starts waking up.

"Good morning Cucciolo " she whispers, "g-good morning Wednesday!"

She sits upright looking down at me, her eyes soften and I promise you i saw a glimpse of love in hers. She takes my hand and places a gentle kiss on it before heading to the bathroom. I hear the shower turn on. Thats good.

I sit up and get my phone. 5 missed calls from Yoko and Bianca, I stare at it for a while. I decide to call them back and when i do Im in for a surprise!

*phone call between Yoko, Bianca and Enid

Yoko: ENID!! Where were you!! We were worried sick!

Bianca: I thought you died!!

Enid: what are you guys talking about?

Bianca: We had a girls night last night remember?

Enid: oh shit! Im so sorry! I'll make it up to you!

Yoko: Never mind that! What happened that caused you to be late?

Enid: well.. I got caught up with Willa.

Yoko: *gasp* I knew this day would come!! Girl, come over here in 30 minutes! We need to talk!

Enid: ok ok bye ! *hangs up*

*end of call*

Just as the call Ended Wednesday walked out, her hair was undone. "O. M. G. You look so pretty!" She looked away but from what i could see, her face was bright red.

I giggled "Enid I swear i will choke you to death!" I smirked and said "oh please do".  She looked burnt at how red she was, puffing her cheeks and storming off.

I laughed but quickly showered and went over to Yoko's dorm.

I entered to what seemed like a summoning circle. There were candles lit up everywhere and a board in the middle with "gay's of the past" inscribed, Yoko, Bianca and Divina sat in a circle, holding hands and chanting the words "tell us if Wednesgay is real, tell us if Wenclair is real!!!!"

"What the-" was all i could mutter when a collective gasp could be heard, there heads snapped towards me and Yoko sprung up. Dragging me to sit on the bed. They encircled me. Questioning my time With Wednesday. Meanwhile

Wednesday pov:

oh enid was so gonna get it!! But first I had to pay a visit to my uncle. He was in town for the day and asked me to meet him in the woods. I grabbed my bike and rode towards the forest. After a 40 minute cycle i neared the beginning of the wooded area. I placed my bike against the trees and walked to about the centre.

I felt a presence. I threw one of my knifes realising it was uncle Fester a bit to late. Luckily he Dodged it, taking of his had. I smiled at this. I had not seem him in so long! "Hello there rascal" he said "I have missed you!" He stuck (not me writing stook here instead of stuck because i forgot it existed 💀) out his hand and in return i shook it

"Now, why don't we go on a little walk and chat, I haven't talked to you in a while.

He placed his hat back on his head and we took a walk. I started filling him in from the last time i saw him. As I finished my retail of the story he asked "so, do you have anyone.. special?" My mind Immediately flashed to Enid and my face turned a bit red. He took note of it.

"I'm guessing you have a girlfriend" I looked at him shocked but quickly changed it into my normal, monotone expression. "what do you mean." He chuckled "my dearest niece, you speak about this Enid a lot. Don't try to hide it! We both know its no use."

MEANWHILE with thing

He sped to the Principal's office. Upon arrival the door was locked, no matter, he pulled out a  lock pick set and started with the lock, a few minutes passed and then. click, the door swung open. Inside Weems had apparently dozed off while doing some sort of paperwork. He creeped up onto the desk to take a closer look. Around her neck was a key. Probably to the secret room.

Before taking it, he searched around a bit more. Hoping to find some evidence of this misfortune. Just as he was about to give up, he found it! A small note folded underneath the lamp. He opened it to read "Tell Kent to hurry up, or else i will have to scale down his family. -weems"

He grabbed it and slowly peeled of the key from Weems neck. He wrapped it around his finger and crawled up onto the cupboard, spending the next 12 hours watching her every move.

Enid pov:

Finally, I have been freed from that pain. They questioned me about everything that happened. And it was exhausting, I reached my dorm and fell onto my bed, I must have fallen asleep because when I woke it was dark out.

I started to worry, where is she? I paced back and forth when the door opened. It wasn't Wednesday, but thing. I just sighed and went back to my pacing. Two hours had passed when she had returned. "WHERE WERE YOU! IM HAVING A HEART ATTACK RIGHT NOW!"
She looked at me with confusion. "Are you alright?" I felt the anger in me rise. "Since when do you care! i was worried sick!"

"Why were you worried. Wait, why do you even care?"

I stared at her in disbelief, "of course i would care! I love you! But clearly you don't feel the same! You know what? We're done!" She was about to say something but i just stormed off.

I ran into yokos room crying. "Hey, hey! Whats wrong?" She hugged me and gave me a worried look. "I messed up with Wednesday.. she came home late and i got angry and told her we are done!" She gave me a pitiful look. "I doubt she would move on so quickly ok? Just go talk to her!" I nodded and hugged her. "Thank you-" before i could complete my sentence. A loud bang was heard

And another, and another and then shouting, seemingly one sided Not of fear but of anger and.. pain? It was coming from above us. I quickly ran back to our dorm.

Wednesday pov:

Thing climbed onto my shoulder, telling me its ok but i just threw him onto the bed. I then picked up my vase and threw it against the wall. It clattered sending shards of pottery everywhere. I felt my temper rise as the blood oozed out from my cheek. I climbed out onto the balcony. Just wanting to escape from reality for just a little while. I thought i heard Enid's crying but it must have been my imagination.

A tear fell to my cheek. It hadn't stayed there for long as laughter fell behind me. A man stood. With the same husky voice as before and a pistol. He shot. Grazing the side of my shoulder. "If kent can't get rid of you, i will!" He shot once more. Hitting the door this time. I grabbed a knife. Pissed at what a mess he created. For the first time in my life, I actually shouted. Loud enough for probably the entire dorms to here "you think you can just barge in here, and expect to kill me?! First Enid leaves and now you!" As if he knew something he grinned.

He pointed the gun to the door. I turned to see Enid facing me. Her eyes meet mine and a look of fear spreads across it, The bang was loud..

What do you guys think happened? Maybe enid was shot, maybe Wednesday was. Who knows? Anyway sorry for the cliff hanger but thanks for all the reads! Really appreciate it! Im tired as hell and its 4 am, have a good day/night!
