Episode Six Season Three: The Escape/The Rescue

It's now the next day as Sketchbook has woken up and hugging Wander tightly for warmth and comfort due to how scared he is.

Sketchbook: *Scared* Wander, I'm scared...

Wander: *Comforting Sketchbook* I know buddy, I know... I don't know what today will bring, *gives Sketchbook a comforting smile* but we're gonna get through this.

Suddenly the door to the quarantine cell opens and a doctor and a nurse walks in said quarantine cell with everything that's needed for a checkup of some kind.

This caused Sketchbook to hide in his hat out of fear of getting hurt. Wander wasn't phased about it, but he seemingly went up to them with a smile.

Wander: *Smiles* Hi there! Folks call me Wander! And this is my best pal Sketchbook!

??? (Doctor): Hello, I'm Doctor Edward.

??? (Nurse): And I'm Nurse Kate.

Doctor Edward: We're ordered by Lady Phobia to give you two a checkup to make sure you two aren't carrying anything at the moment.

Wander: I'm sure we're perfectly fine, but if you insist... *Grins* Go right ahead! I won't bite!

Nurse Kate: *Sighs in great relief* Oh thank goodness! That's good because we've been bitten before and the people that bite us would be Lady Phobia's soldiers and Commander Sinister of all people...

Wander: *Smiles* I'm sure they didn't mean it, but go ahead by all means!

Doctor Edward: Okay, have a seat on the bed over there and I'll give you a checkup while my nurse gives your pal a checkup in the meantime.

Nurse Kate: *Walks over to Sketchbook (who's still in his hat) with a warm smile* Ready?

Sketchbook: N-not really...

Wander gladly sits on the bed with a goofy smile on his face. Doctor Edward gives Wander his checkup while Nurse Kate tries everything to coax Sketchbook out of his hat for his checkup.

Wander: *Smiles* Hehe! Well this isn't so bad. *Turns to Sketchbook* How are you doing over there Sketchbook?

Nurse Kate: Uh, I might need a little help over here. So far I only got Sketchbook's feet out of his hat, but he won't budge on coming completely out of his hat.

Sketchbook's conscious is completely consumed by his anxiety and worries about getting hurt by Nurse Kate.

Wander: *Rushes over to Sketchbook and looks into his hat* Hey... It's okay buddy! Like I said, we're gonna get through this.

Nurse Kate written Sketchbook's anxious behavior down, which is part of the checkup she and Doctor Edward are giving to Wander and Sketchbook.

Sketchbook: *Nervously look over at Wander* I-I don't know... It's l-like my consciousness i-is consumed by anxiety... I ha-haven't been this anxious since my last semester exam at my Art College...

Wander: *Gets in Sketchbook's hat and puts his arm around Sketchbook and gives him a comforting smile* But you need to have a little bit of confidence, buddy. Besides, *leans in to whisper* I'm planning for us to get out of here...

The Escape

Sketchbook: *Whispers* But how... And I also mean how on escaping?

Wander: *Whispers* Just follow my lead... *Leans back and gets out of Sketchbook's hat* Well doc, since it seems like my friend here isn't going to come out of his hat, *smiles* then perhaps one of the soliders can get him out!
