Four days later, it was now time for the Chunin Exams. Currently, Naruto, Sasuke, and Ruby had already arrived, and they were just waiting for Sakura.

Spotting her, Naruto perked up. "Sakura! Hey, you're late."

Sakura waved. "Uh, right. Sorry, guys." She then looked back at Sasuke and thinks about that trap that THE mysterious ninja did on her.

While she knows it was not real, she does know that he was telling the truth, something like that could happen to her, to her team.

"Good morning, Sasuke." She greeted.

"Yeah." Sasuke replied, he glances inquiringly at her noticing her strange attitude.

She's a lot more hyper and annoying when she usually sees him.

"What's up with her? She's different." He thought. But he ultimately decided to let it go. Any moment without her squealing is gold to him.

Making their way inside the academy, they were met with a large crowd that were blocking their way in.

And they were whispering amongst themselves. Suddenly a slap rang through the air as Lee is knocked on his butt.

Tenten kneels before Lee to make sure that he was okay. In front of them were two ninjas, who looked at least 2 years older than them. And they were blocking their way into room 301.

The ninja scoffed at how pathetic this bushy browed boy is. "You're taking the Chunin exams, but you can't even get past us?" Ninja #1 said tauntingly.

"Why don't you just give up now before you get hurt?" Ninja #2 said.

"Yeah, I think I hear your mommy calling you." Ninja #2 chuckled at his joke.

Tenten looked at them helplessly. "Please let us through! We're supposed to go in there."

Standing up, she walked over but Ninja #2 just casually slapped her onto the ground like Lee.

"That's harsh." Some of the Genin muttered, shocked that they could easily do that to a girl.

Ninja #1 smirks at their statements. "Did you say harsh? Don't kid yourself. We're being nice by comparison."

"The exams are going to make this look like a picnic."

"Some of you won't survive the exams. Others will be wrecked for life. And some of you may go crazy. For Chunin, it's always life and death." Ninja #2 said.

"You think it's a joke? Chunin are qualified to lead missions." Ninja #1 said. "The lives of your squad members are in your hands. So, you better be tough enough to take the heat."

Finally weaving through the crowd, Team Seven made their way upfront.

Ninja #1 smirks at Tenten. "Delicate little girls don't belong here."

"We're just thinning out the herd. You won't pass anyway. So, go home and play with your dolls." Ninja #2 said.

His eyes then zeroed in on Ruby's attire, he scoffed and shook his head.

"Same goes for the girl that's wearing that pretty dress like some doll." He turns his gaze to Ruby's face. "This is a place of warriors not a tea pa—"

He stops mid-sentence when he realized just who was wearing that "pretty dress."

The room soon became cold as ice. Ruby stood there with the sweetest and sunniest smile ever imagined plastered on her face.

However, the same could not be said about her eyes, which were deathly dull.

"A doll." She muttered; she chuckles cutely. "Oh Izumo, Kotetsu you two are a riot."
