Daphne and Toby sat through all 4 classic films enjoying the time they had together. When the movies were over it was almost midnight and Daphne was on the verge of falling asleep before they even could get to the car.
"Toby, don't be freaked out by this or anything, but will you please carry me to the car?" Daphne asked with a yawn.
With that, Toby brighten up quite a bit. "Sure thing!" Toby said with a smile that Daphne did not even notice.
Toby gently scooped up Daphne and tried his best not to make her uncomfortable as he carried her. When he reached the car he slid Daphne into her seat in his truck and then without a word, Toby went to the driver's side.
The drive home was mostly silent because Daphne was passed out in the seat beside him. Except for the last few minutes before they reached the house. Daphne started the talk in her sleep.
"So cute...flowers...want him to like me..." Daphne mumbled in her sleep.
"No way," Toby thought, " Daphne's got a crush on someone! Could it be me? No...what am I thinking? Daphne beautiful and so talented and has a huge future ahead of her." Toby sighed and pulled into the drive way just in time for Daphne to wake up.

The next morning, Daphne woke up to the sound of birds chirping outside her window. It was just like every book she'd ever read. The beautiful princess wakes up to the sound of happy birds. Well, at least that's hat happens in the books and movies. As soon as Daphne heard the birds, she was tempted to toss a pillow at the window and tell them to shut it. Of course she didn't but instead, rolled herself out of bed and stumbled into what she thought was her mother's room. Instead, Daphne stumbled into Toby's bedroom where he was still sound asleep from their adventure last night.
"Mom, can I lay down in here? Those darn birds aren't letting me get any sleep this morning." Daphne said with her eyes already closing.
Instead of waiting for answer, Daphne climbed into bed and pulled the covers over herself. Before she went back to sleep, Daphne leaned over and kissed Toby (who she thought was her mom) on the cheek and told her that she loved her and that she was grateful for letting her come this summer.
This startled Toby and he jumped up almost screaming! "Daphne! What are you.. why are you...Daphne I'm confused!"
"Ahhh Toby! Wait.. I thought this was my mom's room! Oh my gosh.." it just hit her that she kissed him, " Toby that....that kiss was not meant for you! I'm so sorry.." Daphne's face turned a dark shade of red as she made a mad dash for the door.
Toby started laughing so hard, it was hard to believe he was still breathing. "Daphne! Come back! I'm not mad at you!" Toby said, standing up out of bed.
Toby grabbed his video camera and chased after Daphne with a smile. This was going to make a great addition to their summer movie. Finally, Toby found Daphne sitting on the couch with her head on her knees, obviously to embarrassed to speak.
"And now we find our household princess, sitting on her throne. That's right folks, this beauty is just so in love with me, she is already sneaking into my room while I sleep!" Toby said trying his absolute best to hold in all of his laughter.
"I am NOT in love with you, Toby!" Daphne said while throwing a pillow at the camera. "And put that video camera up! I'm not even in regular clothes yet!."
"Fine, fine, fine! I can take a hint! Why don't you just go put some 'regular' clothes on so we can go to the pier today. I think the fair is going to be there tonight." Toby told Daphne.
