December had been a great success. Or well, Christmas had. Fiona got her Indigo seeds, Enoch got a few Doctors 'toys' even though every one knew they were real work tools. Emma got a few new books, Olive got new gloves and a necklace that matched one Emma had gotten. The twins had gotten new masks, from you... just to match their age a bit better, Claire had gotten a new doll from Alma and a cute little dress from you. Jakob had gotten his own crossbow and a new jacket since he'd been complaining about being cold, Hugh you'd gotten a t-shirt that stated: Bee awesome. Because why not?! And from Alma he'd received a new net and shoes. Millard got a book he'd wanted last time visiting the library and some new shorts, Horace had gotten a brand mew tailored suit, from both you and Alma. And Bronwyn had received a new little outfit along with a few bracelets.

Everyone had, had a grand day which of course meant that you and Alma were exhausted. At the end of the day you both fell into bed and you immediately cuddled in closer.
"Wait- there's actually a gift you haven't opened yet!" You suddenly said and rolled over to your bedside-table, and opened the first drawer, pulling out a little box in wrapping paper.
"Here." You said as the woman sat up in front of you. She gave you a you-really-didn't-have-to-get-me-anything look before unwrapping it carefully. She discovered a little box that she opened and gasped at the sight, of s beautiful ring popping out of the blue velvet.
"Ih y/n I don't- it's stunning!" She said looking up at you with practical lights in her eyes. You gave her a big one in return and then went to put the ring on her finger.
"I love you and i forever will" you said as the ring with the blue diamond slipped onto her finger so nicely.
"I love you too, songbird..." she said trailing off. You asked no questions as she pulled you in to a cuddling position again and then went to finish her sentence, once she'd turned of the light;
"I might just have to marry you"
"I wouldn't protest it" you answered and turned to kiss the -as many times mentioned- truly stunning and beautiful, Ymbryne...
