Kira, Story of the Devil's Daughter

Near Death, or Death?

Now that he realized he was dead, he didn't know what to do. Then suddenly, a current of wind or something like that pulled him up and up pass the clouds. He didnt know where he was going or how to control it, but all he knew was there is no going back to his job.
When the current stopped, he was somewhere foggy, too foggy to be earth. He was in heaven, where all the cares of bills and work and cleaning are gone. But then he saw an old man in a robe. He must have been god. "Welcome, near death experiencer." the old man said. "Wait what, I'm not dead." Danny said in surprise. "No my friend you are just having a near death experience, it all started when you got shot by that sinner." god said.
That really explained alot for Danny, but not alot for his other coworkers who weren't there.
After god was done explaining what happened, Danny left heaven and went down to earth. When he got there he saw everything he would have saw if he were still in his flesh. Nothing changed at all, accept for the fact that he was half way dead.
While he was walking through town unnoticed, he got bumped into and knocked down by a girl running through town. She had red hair, fiery red hair with tan-ish skin. She had on a black tang top with lace on the bottom. The girl also had on long black tights and a black leather jacket. He couldn't tell what eye color she had but that was not the point.
Danny started following her to the alley where he was chasing the most-wanted criminal. She was running too fast for him, but then he remembered he was a ghost so he could fly. When she got to the end of the dead end alley she just vanished right before Danny's eyes.
It looked as if she was going under ground to the sewers. Then Danny started to follow, going underground deeper and deeper until he noticed he went past the sewers. Where was the girl going? When the girl stopped going down she went straight. Danny was still clueless of where she was going but soon he found out.
He got to this fiery pit of lava and hard rocks. There were people everywhere sitting there getting burned. He finally noticed where he was. Underground beyond the sewers. At the core of the earth where the Devil is. (Of coarse you probably know what he is talking about already).
He peeked from behind a rock and saw the girl. What was she doing there? Had she done something wrong like steal or murder? Before Danny could try to solve his question, a loud, deep voice with lots of bass screamed at the top of its lungs.
The girl bowed to the voice. Danny could finally see that the voice was coming from, the Devil.
"My daughter, how could you have deceived me like this?" the Devil said in anger.
"I'm sorry father, I truly am. Please forgive me." the girl said, breaking out into tears.
"Kira, (Kai-ra) you have my blood through your veins. It is your job to teach people lessons when they sin, so far you have showed me nothing you are capable of. I am sorry but you will not be respected in this world until you do the right thing for mankind." The Devil's words echoed through the place like a microphone.
Now it all made sense for Danny. She was running because she got in trouble with her father. Now all he had to do was get out of there before the Devil's wrath rained upon him.
Before he could run and escape, someone tapped him on the shoulder. It was Kira. "I want to come with you." she said. Danny looked puzzled. "How do you know I was leaving?" Danny asked. "I'm the Devil's daughter. I keep track of everything with my dad. I saw you following me back here all along. I know where you work and everything." Kira explained.
Danny was shocked. "Why do you want to come with me?" he asked again.
"Because my dad does not understand me or respect me so I want to become a cop so I can kill for people's sins. That way my dad will respect me and not treat me like a tick on his back." Kira replied.
Danny thought about it for a while and decided to let her help. Anyway, his dad was the same way with Danny until he finally beat up his elementary school bully.
When Danny woke up from his near death experience, the girl was right there by his bed waiting for him to get better, that way she can help him finally be a better cop.
