Author pov:
Everything was great for the family, Vegas came home early, spend time together and go on dates.
One day, Vegas came back from work to hear exciting news, Pete was pregnant again. Vegas was over joy. Not only did he have his family back but also be bless with another child.
Vegas pov:
"Baby, I told you not to carry thing" I said taking the thing from him. That guy never listen, I told him not to do or carry any thing heavy but now he is carrying a box.
"It's not that heavy" He chuckled. "Where is Paris? Did she went with you?"
"She is with her grand parent, they wanted to spend more time with her" Pete replied.
"I see, and what is this box for?" I said.
"Ohh that, it for the baby" he said grinning.
"Again? Didn't we went shopping yesterday?" I pointed out. "Yeah but these are so cute" he said. "sigh" there is no stopping him, we have bought more than enough thing for the baby but it is still not enough for Pete.
"Oh btw when your next appointment with Kim"
"Next week"
"okay then I will come with you" I informed him. "okay" he said while smiling.
In the evening Paris came back and we played for a while. Then I cooked some souther dish cause Pete was craving some. Paris also like them. Mother like daughter I guess. They look so cute. I am going to cherish them for the rest of my life.
Next week~
"You and the baby have a low chance of surviving" My heart drop when the Kim said it. "what do you mean doctor? Are you saying my wife and child is going to die?" I asked Kim.
"I am not saying they are going to die, it just that Pete body is weak, and giving birth is going to be difficult for him." Kim said.
"Vegas are you okay? you been quite since the visit" Pete ask when we got home. " I am scared, Pete. Aren't you?" I squeezed him hand and buried my head in his chest.
"When I lost our first child, the doctor told me that I won't be able to get pregnant again or even if I did my life is risk. I survived when I give birth to Paris but I was in a hospital for a month" He said.
"I am sorry, it is my fault. I should have took care of you" All the thing I did in the past are coming back to me.
"It's all in the past now and I am not scared, Vegas." he reassure me.
"Mama papa, What are you doing?" Paris run into our room and hug us. "Your father and I are just talking" Pete pick up her and put her between us.
"it so big now" she touch her mother's tummy and feel it. "it your baby brother"
"When am I going to meet him?" she asked tilting her head.
"Soon dear and we are going to be one big family" Pete replied.
Yeah we are all going to be together..........
