Chapter 14: Protecting his Omega

After my nails had dried, i quickly went upstairs and got ready to go. Coming back down stairs I saw Rindou wearing shorts and shirt that really brings out the shape of his body, he was holding the door open while scrolling on his phone.

"Texting your brother?" You asked him.

"Hm? No, just scrolling through pictures of my brother, kinda miss him already." Rindou replied before putting his phone in his pocket.

"They'll probably be back in a week but for now let's enjoy the day at the beach, shall we?" You said.

"Yeah... Let's go?" Rindou offered his hand and smiled.

"Yes! I'm so excited I could scream right now." You replied.

You took Rindou's hand and he escorted you to the car and putting your seatbelt on. You can smell his Ambery woody coffee fragrance as he puts your seat belt on and you can feel how hard his muscles are as he reaches to lock the belt.

As soon as we arrived at the beach, I noticed that there was so many people there but I didn't bother worrying knowing that Rindou is here to protect me. 

"Let's go over there. That area seems to be unoccupied." Rindou said while taking the things out of the car.

"Yeah, sure. Let me help with that." You reached for some of the things that Rindou was carrying but he walked towards the cottage, not letting you carry anything.

"H-hey, I said let me help with that..." You repeat yourself but Rindou is already placing the things in the cottage.

"See, I can handle it. No need to worry about helping me. This guy in front of you is strong you know." Rindou showed off his biceps which you pretend to ignore.

"I guess you like working out then." You said and turned around taking the food out of the bag getting it ready for cooking.

"I always work out after waking up. Anyway I realized I forgot the juice in the car so I'll go get it, alright? Stay here." Rindou walked back to the car which is pretty far away from your cottage.

I was preparing to cook the food when I heard whispers behind me. I ignored it thinking it was just a normal talk between friends and then suddenly I heard whistles from the same people behind me. I didn't look as to not give attention to whatever they could be whistling to but it went on for a minute before I felt someone tap my shoulder. I looked behind me and there stood a tall guy, not too muscular but he's not skinny either, he pointed towards his group of friends who was inviting me to join their game but I rejected the invite causing the guy to grab my hand tightly before forcing me to go with him. He wasn't that strong so I had enough strength to free myself from his grip and run towards Rindou who was on his way back to our cottage. I was so scared that Rindou had felt the fear pheromones that I was releasing causing his Alpha pheromones to act up making him growl at the men who tried to harm me. I buried my face to Rindou's chest just to calm myself down as I felt safe around Rindou and he hugged me while glaring at the group of people. Those group of people stepped back as they smelled an Alpha protecting Omega causing them to shiver in fear.

"Let them go please, I don't want violence today..." You requested Rindou.

"Leave before I change my mind... Now."  Rindou said and hugged you tighter as he felt you shaking with fear.

"Thank you..." You said as Rindou secretly blushes.

"Is the food ready? I'm kinda hungry." Rindou asked looking at the table.

"I didn't have time to cook it because of those people, I'm sorry I'll cook it now." You said and released Rindou but he was still hugging you tightly.

"I'll cook it, you might burn yourself so let me do it." Rindou replied as he takes his shirt off.

"Is cooking shirtless required when you're at the beach?" You asked Rindou while giving him a glass of juice.

"Nope. The shirt is just making it more hot. Besides, I'm more comfortable cooking like this, to avoid getting my shirt dirty." Rindou replied.

"Hm... I gotta try that." You said jokingly before pretending to take your shirt off.

"What? Wait, no!!" Rindou ran towards you and wrapped his shirt around you.

"I was just joking." You laughed at his reaction.

"I know we're at the beach but you shouldn't remove your shirt just to show off your swim suit. You can do that later after we eat, okay? Let me just finish this." Rindou said focused on the food he was cooking.
