You woke up, dazed about what recently happened. You had shortened breath and your chest was sore. "Well.." A shadow said. "Who are you.. Where's Tails?" You tried speaking. "You'll see him again when you give me answers!" The shadow came out of the darkness, revealing the familiar face of Eggman.
"Now, answer my questions, A/T." Eggman said. You spat on his face, and he wiped it off. "What was Tails making." Eggman asked you. "I don't know! I didn't see anything!" You said. "You lie! Tell me the truth now, or you will be stuck here forever!" Eggman said with an evil cackle. "I told you, I don't know!.." You said as tears sprung to your eyes. You were crying, in front of the most evil person in Bygone Island. Eggman let out a groan and left the room. You were looking around, seeing nothing but a dank chamber. You started struggling, attempting to get out of roped tying you to a metal surface. You yanked, and eventually broke the rope. You hung from one, and it strained your wrist. You pulled up, spraining your wrist, and you let out a hiss of pain.
You took a huge bite out of the rope, snapping it, and making you fall to the ground, knocking the wind out of you. As you gasped and sputtered for air, instincts told you to find something to defend yourself with. You got up, grabbing your wrist from spraining it. You saw something shine even in the dank room, and grabbed what appeared to be a wrench. You examined it, and took an exhale, knowing what you must do in the very near future. You wiped your remaining tears and made your way towards the wall, and placed your back to the cold, moist concrete.
A sound of the card door opening made your pupils dilate in a fight-or-flight, and you easily chose fight. You swung the red wrench as hard as you could, and a crack was heard over the yells of the familiar Eggman. You threw the wrench on his head, silencing him, and blood pooling around his mouth. You threw the wrench away and ran as fast as you could, running out the front door, past two robots shouting at you to stop.
You ran out shouting for help, but you stopped yourself at extreme heat, as you looked down, you saw a pool of lava mere feet away from where you would have stepped, and most likely burned to death. You looked in every direction in pure desperation as you saw nothing but empty ocean, until you spot Bygone Island, 10 miles away by your view. Your jaw dropped, and you were shaking until you fell on your knees, seeing how far away you truly were.
You started running all around, until you tripped and rolled down for 25 seconds and landing on sand. You got up and started looking around, seeing the shore of a beach, and forest to the right of you. You started walking and staring around at the blue sky and sweet ocean air. With the cries of seagulls filling the air a few minutes from eachother. You entered the forest, and looked for any type of communication device. After hours of searching, and getting lost, you found a telephone tower, which had an emergency phone. You ran to it and dialed in Tails' number, after a few seconds of internal ringing, a voice picked up.
"..Hello..?" A familiar voice said. "Tails! Tails! Oh thank God! I nee-" You were cut off. "Y/N?! OH MY GOD, ARE YOU HURT?!" He screamed in happiness and terror. "Yes! Yes, I'm in a forest, please, please help me.." You said with exasperation from running. "Yes! I see your location, I'm coming now..!" The line disconnected, and you waited for a long, long time.
A while later, the sounds of an airplane roared above you, followed by landing and frantic footsteps, Tails emerged from the trees and sprinted to you, embracing you in hugs and kisses. "Y/N, oh my gosh.." He stared at your swelling and bruised wrist. "Did you.." He tried to say. 'I sprained it escaping." You said with a bit of stress. "It's okay.. What matters is that you're okay." He placed some ice on you, making you let out a groan of pain. "It's okay, we need to get you home now." He loaded you into the co-pilot seat of the plane, and took off.
After a while of flying, you landed onto Tails' runway. After landing, Sonic picked you up. "Tails, is it alright if I get her to a hospital? She obviously broke something after spinning down that rock hill for a bit. "Yes.. It's okay.. I'll catch up to you, just go quickly!" After that was said, wind hit you like rocks while Sonic was running, well, Sonic speed. You arrived at the hospital, but shock was easily wearing off, and you eventually passed out from the immense pain.
