Jeff the Killer
Walking home alone wasn't a thing Y/N did often.
Just because she forgot something at school and had to go pick it up, but got distracted by talking with a friend and walked back home with nothing so had to walk back to school to pick it up, just to find out they were locked up for the rest of the evening wasn't that all bad, right?
The female chuckled to herself, narrowing her eyes at the pavement she walked on in thought. Maybe it was a little bit bad, but at least she got a bit of exercise in; if she counted walking back and forth between home and school twice.
The sky settled into a hazy color. The sun rippled from the open area in the grassy field Y/N walked by, its rays waving one last goodbye as it disappeared for the day. The moon was just starting to stretch out its glare in the blue sky when she noticed that she was alone. Nobody else was walking the path she took today, it was only her. Alone.
For some reason, she didn't want to be alone.
Thinking of all the possibilities that could occur made her shiver, so she walked faster. The moon seemed to feel her uncomfortable aura and decided not to be on her side tonight. The sky grew darker and darker until the streetlamps turned on. Y/N stuffed her hands in her pocket and kept her head low.
She cursed under her breath when she saw a figure walking in her direction, on the same path. He was a tall male. This tall male was walking in the middle of the sidewalk, so Y/N made sure to swerve more to the right on the grassy field so she could just walk there. Nothing wrong with that. It was just a man on a walk...in the night.
It sounded better in her head.
As soon as the girl was only three steps away from him, she switched to the grassy path. She passed by, holding her breath with a concentrated glare at her feet. Time seemed to slow down when... Nothing happened. They passed each other as normal people do.
Run.
Y/N turned her head, almost letting out a yell when she saw the man had changed his mind and turned his direction back to where he had come from. He was following her.
Her strides became quicker, eager to go home.
She let out a curse, knowing if she went directly home he would know where she lives. What if this was a prank? Jeff liked to play those sometimes. Yet, that couldn't be him. That man was taller and had a normal skin color.
A shiver ran up her spine when she heard the man's breathing. He had gotten closer.
Do it! Run! Take that chance!
She took it. She took the chance of running. The tall male didn't hesitate to run after her, but she didn't fail to hear the loud noise of bodies colliding. Either way, Y/N didn't turn back. She ran straight home.
As she entered her house, she slammed the door loudly behind her. That should do it. Y/N was safe. Safe in her own home. The female placed her small hand against her beating chest and took a few moments to calm her heart, but it accelerated when a soft knock was heard at the door.
"Y/N." She heard the muffled voice of Jeffery. Breathing out an odd sigh of relief, she opened the door. It could be a dye, but his clothing was stained blood red.
Eyeless Jack
Y/N was always a heavy sleeper. She was never really scared of anything since she knew she was safe in her own home...but that wasn't always the case.
It just seemed like she was like a magnet for crime. It never released her.
The female had already started drifting off into sleep when she heard the slight tapping of glass. She thought it was just the people upstairs, but she was sure it wasn't when the sound of shattering glass echoed through the building. Y/N was wide awake now, her E/C eyes gazing around the room. The sound was loud, but it definitely wasn't in her room.
