Throughout the afternoon people came to visit Brooklyn.

He was still so painfully sore. I honestly loved him so much more when he stood up for me. Please note that he had a bullet hole in his stomach.

Sir Elton John came in and I honestly fangirled. I couldn't believe it.

His cousin, Libby, whom I had never met, came as well. Along with her family.

There were so many cards and flowers. It was kind of over-whelming how many people kept coming in. The only reason why I found it over-whelming is because well... they were all famous!

But throughout the whole thing, Brooklyn still clung to my hand. Every now and then he would stare at me, asking if I was okay.

God, I loved him.

More than anyone I have ever loved before..

"Mandy? Can I speak with you outside?" Libby asked me.

I nodded and kissed Brooklyn's cheek. Brooklyn looked confused as to why Libby was asking for me.

I walked outside and shut the door behind me.

"Hi" Libby said.

"Hey" I smiled.

"I just want to thank-you. For everything. You know... Brooklyn and I are so close. And it's honestly the best thing ever. If I don't see him for ages, I miss him. He's my best friend"

I nodded and smiled. She then continued.

"You have made him so happy. I've never seen him this happy. But I just wanted to let you know something... You know Megan" she asked.

"Unfortunately" I answered.

"Yeah, I heard about that. Anyway... she's after Brooklyn. She wants him back and she is willing to do anything. You have to stay with him the whole time he's in the hospital. I have a feeling she will try sneak in and yeah. She wants him back badly, Mandy."

I looked in horror.

"Oh my god" I answered.

She hugged me.

She pulled away and laughed.

"I ship you two" We burst into laughter.

"He's sweet" I told her.

She smiled and opened the door to Brooklyn's room again. We both smiled as we entered.

I sat next to Brooklyn again.

"What was that about?" Brooklyn asked.

"That? Oh nothing! She wanted to know where I got my shoes were from. She thought it was inappropriate to ask while you were in hospital!" I smiled.

He looked at me and back to Libby.

He grinned and greeted more people visiting him.

Libby giggled and I smiled back.

That Megan is really getting under my skin. I have way to much to deal with. I have lived half of my life as a lie, the guy I love was shot, I have no Mum, my 'Mum' 's boyfriend tried to make out with me and I could be pregnant!

I still haven't gotten my period. I have been checking every hour.

Brooklyn whispered in my ear.

"Has your 'you know what' come yet?" he asked.

I shook my head and put my head in my hands.

"Hey guys! GUYS!" He yelled.

Everyone stopped talking and looked at Brooklyn.

"Sorry but could I just have a moment with Mandy?" he asked.

Everyone looked around and nodded. Opening the door and leaving.

The last person left and closed the door. I got up and closed the blinds and walked back to Brooklyn.

"Babe, it's okay. Don't worry. It will come. I promise"

"Brooklyn don't make promises you can't keep" I told him.

"Fine, then I promise to be here for you always and forever"

He grabbed my and pulled me onto the bed. I could tell it hurt his wound.

"I have an important question for you..."

I nodded.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked.

I looked at him and remembered my boyfriend back home.

"I would love to but... my boyfriend back home..."

"He hits you Mandy?!" he whispered harshly.

"It isn't fair to do this to him..." I told him.

"What?" he told me.

"I know what he has done, but I wouldn't want to hurt anyone" I told him.

He looked away, like he was mad.

"I need to go to the bathroom" I told him.

He shrugged.

I left the room, there was no one outside the room anymore. They were in the waiting room down the hall.

I did my business and started walking back down the hallway to Brooklyn's room.

The door was locked. I don't understand how?

I got a clip from my hair and shimmied it open.

I looked up and my mouth dropped.

Who was on top of Brooklyn?

Who the hell is it?

I walked up and pulled the girl's hair.

Megan looked up.

"Brooklyn?" I said tearing up.

"Shit, Mandy! Wait!" he yelled.

I opened the door and ran out into the waiting room and out of the hospital. Libby ran after me.

"Mandy! What happened?" she yelled.

She caught up to me.

"Brooklyn and Megan. T-they were k-kissing"

I ran off.
