I looked at the post lights in front of me after I sent the message to my ate.
Maybe I should go home? I can't hear anything aside from the crickets of the bugs in this quiet alley, no honks or anything.
Right! Going home is the right idea. Since wala akong masakyan ay maglalakad pa ko hanggang sa kabila para lang makasakay. I'm not familiar with this place but I'm not dumb and I know my place out I just need to ask questions to the people who look decent and nice.
"Magandang gabi po, pwede pong mag tanong?" tanong ko familiar na lalaki na nakita ko ata sa party kanina. Great!
Tumigil sya sa pagkalakad at tumango sa akin habang nag tataka nya akong tinitignan.
"Do you know the way out of this village?" pag tatanong ko sa kanya ng direksyon.
"Uhm hindi eh, ano bang pinunta mo sa village na to?"
"I was about to go to our after party, sa isang gest house pero hindi ako sinundo ng ate ko kanina sa school and she didn't even bother na sunduin manlang ako kahit sa labas lang ng village nato, and here I am lost."
Paliwanag ko sakanya habang naka yuko.
"Wait? What school are you from?" he asked, tama nga ako!
"PIAS, you?" inangat ko na ang tingin ko sa kanya.
"PIAS din, second year college transferee" nginitian nya ko
"So? You're gonna go home or you wanna come with me to the party?"
I wanna see Rin! Kaya I immediately said yes.
Naglakad lang kami ng diretso at lumiko ng marinig ko ang ingay ng party. I even saw my sister in the same table as Rin's.
"Thank you, that's my sister right there"
Turo ko kay ate
"Oh Natalie? I didn't even know she has a sister"
"Well yeah I should go ahead" pa alam ko sa kanya at kumaway habang naglalakad.
Siguro ay hindi nag tanong si kuya kay ate kaya hindi nasabi na kapatid nya ako. Nag kibit balikat nalang ako at lumapit na kay ate. Tama nga ang desisyon ko na dalhin sya dito, may dahilan na ko para lumapit kay Rin.
"Liliana please don't tell me you're already flirting?" bungad agad nya sakin, di ko tuloy matignan si Rin na nasa harap ko.
"What? No! I'm not flirting!"
"Oh please I'm not blind, I saw you earlier with William Villafuerte. If you wanna be rich in an instant then flirt with him more, but if you don't want to get played then don't"
"Wala sa plano or intensyon ko ang mag flirt ate and I'm not 18 yet!"
"Sa tingin mo papayagan ka ni mommy na mag boyfriend kahit 18 ka na? Hell nah Liliana, pag aaral nalang ang atupagin mo. Gusto mo pang mag engineering pero gr11 palang ay lumalandi ka na."
Umiling iling sya, and I didn't even bother to explain myself anymore. I don't need her to believe me, I only need myself.
Bumaling si ate kay Rin
"You know what Jhad? Liliana want to take the same course as you. You can't believe it too noh? Ako nga hindi pumasa ng board exam sya pa kaya-"
Hindi ko na pinatapos si ate at umalis na doon.
Nag hanap nalang ako ng classmates, lalapit na sana ako ng nakita ko si Mikana na nakikipag tawanan sa boys at sa mga kaibigan nya, okay I don't belong there so I shouldn't go near them.
"Do you want to play a game guys?" sabi ni Fia while holding a portable mic.
"What game?" sigaw ng karamihan.
"Spin the bottle of course, but no alcohol drinks allowed kasi may minors okay?"
"Okay let's go" sigaw ng karamihan.
Tutal ay walang alcohol drinks ay sumali ako sa bilog.
Magkatabi si Rin, Fia at si ate nasa tapat nila ako katabi ko ang mga taga ibang strand, si Mikana naman ay nasa malayo gilid ko.
"Okay I'll start" Fia said as she spin the bottle.
Tumutok ito agad kay Mikana at sa random freshman guy.
"Okay now, both of you have to exchange one question, it's either truth or dare"
Tumango nalang kami sa sinabing rules ni Fia, di ako mapakali sa pwesto ko. Hindi ako makatingin sa taong nasa harapan ko dahil pakiramdam ko ay makakasalubong ko ang mga mata ni Rin na kanina ko pa ramdam ang titig.
I distracted myself and watch Mikana doing the truth.
"Do you both like someone who's inside this circle?"
Mikana nod, and she asked him something for the dare.
The game continues, at muntikan na sakin tumapat ang bote, buti nalang ay sa katabi ko ito napunta at kay Rin.
I took a quick glance at Rin, at naka tingin lang sya sa bote.
"Truth or Dare?"
"Truth"

Napatingin ako sa katabi ko at nilipat agad ang tingin kay Rin! Wooh that's a bold one.
"Yes"
Tumagal ang tingin ko kay Rin. It's his account, and I'm the only one he's following. Nag init ang mukha ko at piniling yumuko.

Naputol lang yung bulungan ng time na nung katabi ko mag spin
Then it quickly landen on me and to the guy I met earlier.
Tinago ko ang kaba ko at ngumiti nalang.
"Truth or dare?"he asked
"Truth" I don't want trouble kaya I chose truth
"Do you already have your first kiss?" nag init muli ang mukha ko dahil sa tanong nya, napatingin ako sa mga taong nasa paligid ko, pati nadin kay Rin.
He took a quick glance at my lips and quickly looked back at me directly in the eyes and smiled.
Umiwas ako ng tingin at umiling.
-so innocent naman pala
-nasa loob kulo nyan, kunyaring wala pang first kiss yan
-aww she's cute and pure
-pa inosente lang yan
The whisper again continues, to stop it medyo napalakas ako ng tanong.
"Uhm what course do you take?"
He chuckled
"I'm taking up Med Tech, and I'll be your future Doctor"
-what's with that boring question pfft
