Something about love makes me wonder, is it the butterflies on your insides? Is it the rose petals dancing around the skies? For my heart has wandered around different sanctuaries, looking for the perfect romance among the libraries.

But something about love makes me ponder as my heart stumbles upon this evergreen oasis owned by you. I stopped and watched -- slowly, carefully, quietly -- observing through and through. My heart rested here, smiling from ear to ear. Roses and butterflies might have died long ago, but my heart lay down along your peaceful meadow.

And something about love makes me shudder. But in yours, I felt like it rained stars as you unfolded the pages to my scars, like meeting by the lilac seashore and waltzing for as long as we adore, for paradise is where you are, my darling, far from where the world is crumbling. And in yours, it feels like being hugged by a heather mist as we seal this poetry with a kiss.
