season 1, episode 7 pt. 2
"Ajax" Charlotte slightly whined while pulling herself away from his lips. He simply hummed, not even bothering to open his eyes. "Our date is soon and I need to get ready" A small smirk appeared on Ajax's face.
"I think you look great right now" Charlotte looked down at her t-shirt and shorts that basically only covered what they needed to.
Ajax's hand played with the hem of her t-shirt before slipping it underneath her shirt and placing it on her waist. Goosebumps spread throughout Charlotte's body as his thumb rubbed back and forth. A blush lit up her features and Ajax opened his eyes.
"I'm serious" She sternly said, but showed no sign of moving. Ajax sighed and pulled her body closer, also causing their faces to be inches apart. "Give me 5 more minutes, my darling" Ajax whispered moving his head to the crook of Charlotte's neck. Charlotte felt her body tingle at the nickname. She could get used to hearing that.
"You better make it count, pretty boy" She whispered into his ear. After placing a few light kisses on her neck Ajax pulled his head up and looked into her eyes.
"Oh, I will" Ajax smirks before bringing her in for a kiss.

Charlotte smiled at her reflection. Riley helped her pick her outfit out and straightened her hair for Charlotte while the girl rambled on about how perfect Ajax is.
"He's going to go insane when he sees you" Riley teases as she pats her best friend on the shoulder. A bashful smile appears on Charlotte's face as she looks down. "It's a simple outfit, nothing big" Charlotte brushes it off. Riley rolls her eyes but decides not to get into a petty argument.
"Well, you're gonna love what he has planned" Riley says. Charlotte turns to her. "You know what he's planning on?" She asked. Riley scoffed. "Yeah, who did you think he went to freaking out about it being perfect. Your brother?" Riley laughs out causing Charlotte to join her a moment after.
A knock on their dorm door caused the room to quickly silence. Charlotte starts to feel her nerves rise. She plays with her fingers.
Riley opens the door with a smile. Ajax stood there with a nervous smile on his face. His smile drops slightly when he sees Riley instead of Charlotte. RIley laughs.
"Don't worry, lover boy, she's in the room" Ajax nods his smile lighting up his face again. Charlotte walks to the door slowly trying to calm herself down. Ajax's eyes widen whenever he sees her.
"I- you- I- oh-um- wow" He stutters out. Charlotte softly giggles. Ajax gulps and takes her hand in his before walking her out of her dorm. "You look beautiful" Ajax says staring at Charlotte. She blushes and looks down. "Thank you. You look good too" Ajax smiles.

Ajax's hands on her eyes was the only thing bringing Charlotte warmth at the moment. She mentally cursed herself for not bringing a sweater.
"How much farther?" She impatiently asked. Ajax chuckled softly. "Not that long" He assures her.
They come to a sudden stop. "Are you ready?" Ajax asks. "More than ready" Charlotte responds. He takes his hands off her eyes. Charlotte gapes at the sight in front of her. There was a blanket laying on the floor with a lantern in the middle. A few books were stacked next to the lantern. It was simple, really, but Charlotte couldn't have been more happy.
"I thought we could read and stargaze. Two of your favorite things. And maybe you could bring some of it to life, if you want of course" Ajax stopped rambling when he saw the awestruck look on Charlotte's face. "It's perfect" She says with a giddy smile on her face. Ajax smiles back at her, happy that she enjoyed what he put together.
Charlotte turned to him. "Come on" She laughs and pulls him to the blanket. Ajax couldn't help but adore how the girl got so happy over such a simple action. They laid next to each other on the blanket just observing the stars. Charlotte pointed out the constellations as Ajax intently listened to her ramble about them.
Ajax turned his head to look at the girl. He observed every part of her. From her side profile, to the way her hands were moving as she explained, and the small smile on her face.
Ajax Petropolus was completely in love with Charlotte Thorpe.
Everything she did he couldn't help but adore. Her words always brought a weird feeling to his stomach and her touch made his knees weak. He knew it wasn't smart, but Ajax would absolutely ruin himself just so Charlotte could be happy. People always told him he was too young to be in love, that he was just infatuated with her. This, this goes way deeper than infatuation. He was drowning before Charlotte, she drained the water. Even when she hurt him, Ajax couldn't hate her or even have a bad emotion towards her.
Charlotte had noticed him staring and her cheeks turned a crimson color. Ajax noticed and immediately racked his brain for a flirty comment.
"You're pretty when you're flustered" Was all he could come up with. It worked, however. Charlotte turned her head away from him and let out a flustered laugh.
"Shut up" She laughed out, trying to calm herself down.
"Let me see your face, Char" Ajax says hoping the girl would turn over. To his avail she did. He saw the shy smile on her face and stared at her lips for a second before flicking his eyes to hers. Charlotte's eyes held nothing but happiness in them.
Lifting himself to rest on his elbow, Ajax peered down at the girl that had a curious look on her face. Using his free hand to cup her face softly, she caught on and smiled up at him. He pulled her closer, until their lips met. It was slow, which caused Charlotte's heart beat to pick up. She could hear it in her ears. The intoxcicating feeling that came from his lips being the only thing she could think about. The kiss picked up as Ajax moved to hover over top of her and slid his hands down from her shoulders to her hips. Ajax used one arm to hold himself up. He evtually pulled himself away from her causing her to follow his lips.
"I need air, darling" Ajax laughed out and Charlotte joined in. She smirked and snaked her arms around his neck. She pulled him close to her face. Ajax gulped and stared at her nervously. Charlotte looked from his left eye, to his right, to his lips, and then repeated it. She suddenly smashed their lips together, bringing them into a heated kiss.
Finally pulling away they both had shy smiles on their faces. Ajax grew scared thinking about what exactly he wanted to do tonight.
"Charlotte?" He asked hesitantly. The girl quickly grew worried by the troubled expression he wore. She nodded urging him to continue. "W- I- Will you be my girlfriend" He spews the words so quick that Charlotte almost didn't catch them. A big smile sread onto her face. She used her hand to turn his head to her and softly pecked his lips.
"I would love to be your girlfriend, Ajax" Ajax's face lit up an he showered Charlotte's face with kisses. The girl giggled at the gesture.
The two were finally together. Something they both know should have happened a long time ago.
