Episode 4: Bitten

We got back to the house. "Omid!" Christa said. We ran upstairs. "I never should've left you. I'm so sorry." She said to Omid while holding his hand.
"Christa don't, stay back!" Lee said. We were alarmed he was dead. He let out a loud exhale and Lee went to pull Christa back. "Hey. Back already?" Omid asked. He was alive. Vernon gave Omid some medicine. "You okay, Ben?" Omid asked.
"We almost didn't make it out because of this asshole. Lee should've left his ass behind." Kenny said. Me and Clem left the room.

She stared out the window. I sat on the table in the room. "Hey guys." Lee said as he walked in.
"Kenny's working on the boat." Clem said. "Where will we go?"
"Wherever Kenny says." Lee told us.
"Lee, do you think Ben will be okay?" I asked him.
"He thinks he's dangerous. But he might be able to fix himself." Lee told us.
"Before we leave tomorrow, will be have time to look for our parents?" Clem asked Lee. I think I knew what Lee was gonna say, and I hoped he was gonna just rip off the bandage. "I'd like to, but I don't know if we'll have time to." Lee said. It felt good knowing Lee was honest, but it didn't change the fact we may not be able to see out parents again. Clementine started crying and laid down. "Lee, give her a little space." I told him. "She'll...she'll hopefully understand." I told him, feeling unconfident.
Lee sat down on the couch and put the walkie-talkie down. I sat in the desk chair. It was best if we got some sleep.

Lee's POV...
I woke up to see Clementine and Y/n were gone. "Clementine? Y/n?" I yawned. I checked the house and I couldn't find them. I couldn't find anybody.

I went outside in the backyard. "Clementine? Clementine!" I called. I found her hat. I grabbed it and then heard a screeching noise from over the fence. It was her walkie-talkie. I jumped over the fence and was about to grab it, but a walker jumped out at me. I was able to fend off against it and stomped its face. I grabbed the walkie and put it on my waist. Then I grabbed her hat and realized something. The walker got me. It bit me on the wrist. "No...no...no...oh, fuck..." I cussed.
"Lee? You out here? Lee?" I heard from Christa. Her, Omid, Kenny, Ben, and Y/n were coming around. "Are you crazy? It isn't safe out here." Kenny said.
"Lee? Where's Clementine? She isn't in her room." Omid said.
"Vernon isn't here neither." Y/n told me. Knowing they were coming, i knew I had one choice. "Whos blood is that?" Christa asked Lee.

Y/n's POV...
"It's mine." Lee said. He showed us his wrist and we saw a walker bite. "Oh dear god..." I said. Lee's bitten. I felt sick.
"No way. No. No fucking way!" Kenny denied.
"We can't worry about me. Clementine's gone. Last night Vernon made an offer to take her and Y/n with him." Lee told us.
"So he may have taken Clem?" I asked. "Man, screw him, if he did."
"I knew we couldn't trust that fucker." Kenny said.
"Wherever she is, I have to find her. We'll have a better chance of finding her if we all go together. Who's with me?" Lee asked.
"We're all responsible for Clementine. In your condition, you might not make it in time." Christa said. "We look for Clementine together."
"Damn right. We can't let you do this alone." Omid told him.
"Thanks you guys." Lee said to them. Then he looked at Kenny. "You've always been there for me, Lee. Always had my back when it mattered most. What kind of friend would I be if I wasn't there for you now? And You, Clem, and Y/n are the only family I got left. Bitten or not, I'm with you till the end. You can count on me." Kenny said.
"You already know what I'm gonna say. Clem's my sister. I can't just let you go after her alone." I told Lee.
"What about you, Ben?"
"Now hold on a damn minute! You're not really thinking about bringing him with us. He fucks up everything he touches." Kenny spat. I know he was pissed because what he did, but...
"Deal with it, Kenny. I think Ben still has a chance." Lee told Kenny.
"I just don't know." Ben said.
"Clem's one of the few good things left in this world. She stood up for you in Crawford." He told Ben.
"You're right. I owe her. I wanna do this for Clem, but I wanna do this for Kenny too. Somehow, I gotta make things right." Ben said. We started going to wherever Vernon was hiding.
