Chapter 14

Thomas Marvolo Riddle

I can't believe what I said to her and that I kissed Pansy. After Y/n left, I kicked Pansy out but that doesn't change the fact that I've fucked up big time. I-how am I supposed to fix this? If only I knew who that other girl was...or I should've just pushed away the memories and not told her. But of course, I just had to break her heart! The one thing that was perfect for me in my life, I pushed away. I'm the biggest idiot on the planet.

Hearing the sound of a girl's drunken shouts, Tom cracked open his door and peered outside. He was surprised to see Y/n in a gorgeous black dress, looking absolutely stunning. Another reminder of what he decided to lose. His brows furrowed in confusion when he noticed the leather jacket around her and the older-looking male beside her. He didn't look too old, nor young enough to be in school, so Tom wondered what they were doing together.

When he saw Asmodeus' door open slowly, he quickly shut his own and decided to use a listening charm to hear what they were talking about. His anger and self-hatred rose when he heard about the fool who tried to kiss her, but was glad that the 'Aamon' guy killed him. But after that, the voices were too quiet to hear, making him throw things at his wall in anger.

We arrived inside Jade's mansion, only to find out from Aamon that she and her husband were asleep. I didn't even know she was married! It seems like Aurora didn't know either, because she missed that detail when she told me who Jade was and how they met. Aamon then led us to spare bedrooms and told us he would see us in the morning with Jade.

We walked up to Jade's room, Aamon leading the way and knocked, waiting for her response. The door opened from the other side and her eyes held mild shock. "Aurora" she spoke breathily to my sister. "She's not Aurora" a curly haired brunette said from behind her. "She's not who you were thinking when you heard her name, Nik. They are twins: Aurora and Asmodeous. Aurora was my student for a while, I taught her all the magic I know. They both go to Hogwarts school of witchcraft & wizardry in scotland" she told him If that's her husband he should already know about us. 

"Let's go into the kitchen, I'll get us some food and you can catch me up" Jade said to us, interrupting my thoughts. The brunette man walked ahead of her and me, Aurora and Aamon followed. We entered, me and Aurora sitting at the table. "Love have we got any blood bags?" The brunette asked Jade. "No, but I do have last night's blonde" Jade answered, coming back to the table, dragging a blonde woman with her.

"Love?" Aurora asked, looking at Jade. "Oh shit. I forgot I hadn't introduced you. This is Niklaus Mikaelson, my husband. He is the original hybrid: a mixture of a vampire and a werewolf" Jade told the us. "Pleasure to meet you, Niklaus" I voiced. "Please, just call me Klaus. I don't like the name my father gave me" Klaus said with s bitter tone.

"So what do you two feel like eating?" Jade asked. "I'm not hungry" I told her, avoiding eye contact. "What's wrong, Aurora? You never refuse anything from me" Jade asked. "I-its Tom" I started, cursing myself at the way I stuttered and my voice broke. "He broke up with me. He told me there was another girl and he's still grieving over her, and he never loved me. Then when I tried to talk to him again, he kissed Pansy Parkinson and told me that he never loved me at all" I told her, as tears threatened to escape my eyes. I cursed internally and used my sleeve to wipe my eyes. 

"What?! That doesn't seem right, you told me all his memories were back and you two were happy" Jade spoke softly. "I know but he said the memory resurfaced recently and he couldn't remember it until now" I told her. "When did he say he was with this other  girl?" Jade interrogated. "He wasn't specific, he just said it was whilst he was  taken back to Voldemort and Bellatrix. But it doesn't matter because he doesn't love me. Please, just turn me into a vampire so I can turn my emotions off and not have to deal with this" I blurted out and saw Asmodeous' eyes widen across from me. 

"Aurora, I don't think that's a good idea" Asmodeous interjected. "I don't care! I can't take this, I still love him. I mean I just got him back and this happens!" I shouted, letting my tears fall. "Shhhh, shh shhhhhh" Jade shushed, trying to calm me down. She engulfed me in her arms and tried to comfort me, which I know is hard for her to do, to show sympathy.

"Listen to me Aurora. I have a theory about Tom, but I need to test it out. Do you think you can get a hold of yourself, long enough to bring him to me and let me test my theory?" Jade asked me. "I'll try" I muttered, confusion written on mine and Asmodeus' faces. " That's my girl, bring him here as soon as you can, ok?" She asked. "Ok" I responded and Asmodeus grabbed my arm and we disapparated.
