IT HAD BEEN A FEW days since their hangout at the quarry, and once again, Robin was planning something, it was a party, his mother was going to be out of town for a few days along with his uncle and his older brothers don't live with them anymore as they are both older.
Vance was going to go to Robin's party, despite the fact that there was a slight chance that something would go wrong as, in the life of Vance Hopper, nothing could go right.
Slowly the day of Robin's party came, Vance was already in the Arellano's living room, people slowly started to crowd around and Vance tried to make himself as small as he could sit on the couch, as people were moving around him.
Vance had never been one to get drunk, let alone drunk at a party with strangers, but, Vance knew a few people there so it was okay-ish to him, Vance finished his first drink and quickly found himself downing more drinks than he could handle, he was on the verge of blacking out, and someone had taken his hand, leading him to an empty room, leaving Vance alone in a room with this total stranger.
He laid on his back as the stranger loomed over him, one of their hands pining Vance's hands above his head and the other trailing down Vance's body, tracing the feminine curves, and his binder, almost making Vance remember that he wasn't really a boy, and Vance could hardly keep his eyes open and form a normal sentence.
The person grabbed Vance's hips and tried to get into Vance's pants, but Vance could only try to weakly push him off well mumbling incoherently.
The door opened, and there stood Bruce in all his glory.
Bruce was quick to get the guy off Vance, shouting, "Are you stupid or something? Can't you see he can barely keep his eyes open?" The guy scoffed and walked out of the room, leaving Vance and Bruce alone, Bruce looked at Vance, getting onto his knees and pushing the hair out of Vance's face, Bruce spoke, "Hey buddy, I'm gonna go get you some water, don't go anywhere okay? I'll be right back." Vance hummed and leaned down on the pillows on the bed.
Bruce headed to the bathroom and took a glass that was kept in there and filled it, heading back to Vance, who had ended up falling asleep, Bruce lightly shook Vance, waking him up and Vance slowly got up, Bruce helped him drink the water as Vance could have easily been taken advantage of.
The only thing Bruce wanted to do at that moment was care for Vance.
Vance mumbled something under his breath, "I always thought that you were really pretty..." Vance rested his head on Bruce's shoulder as they leaned against the headboard, Bruce heard him but he didn't know what to think about it, perhaps it was just the alcohol speaking but it was still nice to hear.
