The next morning Koharu woke up with a pounding headache. She didn't remember much but somehow she managed to get back to her room after the party. Slowly getting up from her bed she decided to take a shower and getting back into her regular clothes. She decided to go with her regular white T-shirt and black joggers. As she was done fixing her hair she heard a knock.

"Come in." she said.

"Good morning sleepyhead," Ann said as she walked through the door, "Here take this for the headache." She handed Koharu a glass of water with an aspirin.

"Thanks. Do you remember how I got back to my room last night?" Koharu replied as she took the pill.

"Honestly, I just remember you leaving us after playing in the pool to talk to Hatter." Ann said as  jumped onto Koharu's bed and laid down. Koharu proceeded to follow the same movements.

"I don't remember talking to him..." Koharu sighed, she should'nt have listened to peer pressure and done a lot of shots. She mostly blamed Tatta.

"Can I ask you a question?"

"Yeah. Whats up?"

"Are you dating Tatta? Or better yet, do you like him?"

"I dont think he would be okay with having Suguru as a bother in law." Koharu looked at Ann. They both were quiet and then started laughing.

"I can't imagine it either!" Ann laughed.

"I feel like he would run at that thought!" Koharu replied clutching her stomach. She stopped when she realized it was time for the daily meeting, "Shit, let's go before Hatter sends out a search party for us."

"You mean for you... He hasn't been... I-"

"I know..." Koharu stood up, "I'm afraid this isn't going to end well."

Ann stood up and pulled her into a hug, "You don't know how happy I am to have a friend here."

Koharu sighed and hugged her back, "I wish we meet before this."

"Me too."

"Let's go get your neighbor."

"Not going to lie... I forgot he was here.."

Ann chuckled and shook her head before exiting the room after Koharu.

"So Chishiya right?" Hatter asked only to receive a nod from Chishiya. They were in the meeting room with all the executive present. Chishiya was sitting in a chair facing everyone, the Hatter, Aguni, and Koharu were in the middle of the group.

"Did my goddaughter here talk to you about the rules?" Hatter asked as he took a sip of his drink. Suguru however scoff at the name he had given to his sister. However, one look from Aguni was all it took for him to roll his eyes and look away.

"Yes, she explained to me the three rules and what to do with the cards." Chishiya said as he quickly notice the interactions between the group. Ann seemed to sit there and listen. The other two males just look bored.

"Okay, to determine your rank, Ann here will go on a game with you. She will evaluate you." Aguni said as he looked at Koharu. He was wondering why she hadn't thanked him for the gift he had left. Although he disliked her, she had saved his life as many times as he had with her.
