I woke up stirring because of the harsh light coming from my room's window.

It's morning? Again?

I almost jump out of my bed when I remembered what happened. The fight between Atlas and Alas. Alas throwing his unconscious friend in the ocean to die. Me saving Atlas. Atlas!

I hurriedly throw the blanket off my body and run downstairs. I can no longer feel the pain in my shoulder. I think my wound had healed already.

Running through the staircase to go to the pack house when I stopped on my track. Confusion is written all over my face as I've seen the first man I want to see right now in our living room.

What is he doing here? Is he visiting me? Did he know that I saved his life?

My heart beat rapidly with the thoughts in my mind. He doesn't need to thank me really. Just seeing him here, alive and strong is more than enough for me.

I can't hide my smile as I bravely walk towards him. I wonder how his reaction will be to see me finally awake.

"Atlas," the sweet voice from the kitchen called him.

My smile wavered when I realized who the owner of that voice was.

"Yes, Liliani?" Atlas answered with the same sweet voice.

What's happening? And when did Atlas become sweet towards my sister?

As far as I can remember, he is always civil towards her. Never once did he call her using the sweet voice he just used by now. Never once did he visit our house for her.

For her?

Did he just come here for her?

"Liliana!" My sister's surprised tone upon seeing me pulled me out of my thoughts and I look at her. Atlas also became aware of my existence and turn to face me causing my heart to skip a bit.

Liliani tries her best to smile while looking at me but I can see that it doesn't reach her eyes.

"When did you come home?" She asked, making me confused.

My brows furrowed and I looked at her with questions.

"I-I thought you'll stay longer at Alas house. Didn't know you're coming home today. I should've prepared more food since I only cooked for Atlas and I." She said nervously.

My forehead creases with what she's saying. What does she mean I'm in Alas' house? I'm only in my room sleeping!

"What's the date today?" I asked her. Still confused with what's happening.

"October 2." Liliani replied, making my mouth open.

I slept for a week?!

Is me saving Atlas only a dream?

I looked in his direction and I saw him looking at me with serious eyes.

Am I really just dreaming that day?

I am about to ask him about the incident when I saw my sister walking towards him and reaching for his hand. Atlas allows her to hold it and intertwine their fingers.

My mind got more confused on how they suddenly become so affectionate towards each other.

Is he her...

mate?

I can hear my wolf howling at the thought. She kept pacing back and forth while whimpering and crying, making me hold my head as I tried my best to control her.

"Liliana, are you okay?" My sister asked as she worriedly looked at me.

"Y-yeah." I tried to say while in pain.

"I think I need some fresh air." I told her as I hurriedly walked out of the house. Away from her. Away from them.
