Once Victor put her down, it didn't take the others long to catch up and Sang chuckled at seeing them both covered from head to toe in snow. Giggling as Luke grabbed her hand, they ran for the front doors and headed up the stairs to her dorm-room, with the others following close behind.

It didn't take them long to get her packed up with a day's worth of clothes, and thankfully the guys stayed away from her dresser as she packed, as she didn't think she could deal with the embarrassment of them seeing inside her underwear draw.

Luke snooped around the room after drying himself off, and she smiled as she watched him go through the collection of books on her shelf – a small hobby of hers that kept her busy on weekends when she had a bit extra cash to look around town. Victor was sat on the bed tapping away on his phone between checking on her and North who was leaning against the closed door as if to protect them from the outside world.

After packing the last few things from her bathroom, they left her dorm-room and locked up once North had checked the corridor to make sure it was safe. Sang couldn't help the flash of panic at the memory of those men chasing her and Gabriel, but she considered herself lucky that they were nowhere to be seen as they left her dorm.

Everyone else was already waiting for them at the bottom of Campus – and Sang smiled at seeing them all.

"All set Miss Sorenson?" Owen asked and she nodded, confused as to why he kept referring to her by her last name.

But before she had a chance to ask – North stepped up beside her, her duffel bag hanging from his shoulder.

"Right Sang Baby, take that picture of our number plates and send it to your friend." North demanded and Sang jolted at having completely forgotten about it in her excitement at not having to spend Christmas alone.

Doing as he asked, she smiled when Gabriel grabbed her hand and dragged her to the second vehicle – a grey sedan the looked almost black in the darkness. "You're with me in the back before any of the other fuckers can try and steal you away." Sang laughed as he gently pushed her inside the open back door, where Luke was already sitting with a mischievous grin.

Crawling in, she blushed at Gabriel's grumbling groan behind her as she took her seat. "Hey Cupcake." Luke whispered.

"Hi." She squeaked back when he squeezed her hand. Gabriel chuckled as he slid in beside her and closed the door, just as the passenger door opened and Sean slipped in with a grin.

"Pookie!" He called out, earning a smack to the back of the head. Chuckling when Nathan winked at her from the driver's side – she settled back in her seat, somehow feeling completely safe with these strangers – enough that she didn't even pull out her phone as Nathan started the car, and they pulled away from the curb.

Sang never thought she would feel safe with nine men she didn't know – but so far they had done nothing but ensure she felt safe, whilst offering her a gift she could have only dreamed of – someone to spend Christmas with.

"Do you like chocolate chip pancakes?" Luke whispered, and she darted a look over at him to see him watching her with a hopeful, almost pleading expression.

Smiling she nodded. Chocolate chip pancakes happened to be one of her favourite foods – and whenever she could, she'd visit the local diner and order them.

"Perfect! My brother hates anything sweet which is a tragedy in itself." Luke sighed morosely. "So if we're sneaky enough we can make some when we get home, whilst he's distracted." Chuckling evilly, he leaned in and darted a look at the front before turning back to Sang. "I think if we sic Jessica on him, he won't know what hit him."
